Make and female tiger badis
I got this pair a couple weeks ago. Here in Australia, they are expensive. I guess some Aussies got them overseas and breed them locally here.
I think these are male and female? Or one of them is sub male
What are these little white specks on the glass?
They are tiny, can barely see them. Moving like worms? But they are not? Like a colony of baby brine shrimps but they are not.
Baby scuds? Probably. Planaria? Maybe. 🤔 I hope they are beneficial
Tiny but mighty
Dwarf spotted rasboras are so underrated. They color up once they’re settled in. As bright as chilli rasboras.
These two males were fighting for a female haha
I need support and advice.
Hi all,
Let’s just say my name is R.
I am a 30 year old Indonesian Chinese born man (he/him).
I’ve been living in Australia for almost 7 years now.
I feel like I’ve been learning a lot about spirituality since I moved to Australia. I find this land is sacred.
I mean I have been into spirituality, as I was born and grew up in a Buddhist family.
I’ve always known and noticed that I am not a regular person since I was a kid. I’ve always felt and thought that I was different compared to almost every other Asian person/family/culture.
I grew up watching/listening/reading/playing western movies/music etc.
And I would say my ability to understand and speak English is better than any of my family members. (But I’m the only one in the family who doesn’t speak Mandarin😂)
I would hate when my mom asks me to go to the temple/whatever you call it or pray to Buddha.
I feel like I’m more spiritual rather than religious, but Buddhist shares the same lessons as being spiritual. Same same but different.
But anyway, being in Australia has taught me heaps about staying grounded, always being respectful, and appreciate a lot of things.
A year ago, I hit a wall in my life. I made a big mistake that caused everything shambles as my life is slowly falling apart.
I would like to stay positive because that’s me. Looking back a year ago, I was at the lowest point of my life but I kept working and slowly getting back up. And as of today, it’s actually not as bad a year ago.
But what I would like to ask is, about a month or two months ago, I was driving from the house gate into my garage, and a bird flew into my driver side window car at night and my heart just exploded that moment. I’ve never been more scared and shocked than that before.
But what would the meaning be? A bird flew into your window car at night?
Thank you in advance. I hope you all a good day and night.

How this song makes me feel

Gaga was my top artist for the 4th time consecutively this year
Is anyone else out there who’s into the same kind of music I listen to? 😄
Amazon Sword
How to propagate Amazon sword properly?
Is mine ready to be propagated?
Which Gaga album do you think is the most mature produced one?
Mine would be either btw or mayhem.
I keep listening to the instrumental version on YouTube just to appreciate the production quality.
There’s so much going on and I sometimes find myself discovering new beats every now and then.
The production on born this way title song itself is incredibly well produced, even though it’s the most poppy sounding track on the album.
I really like Gaga on some Swedish/berlin/european underground club beats. My personal favourite.
Also, listening to mayhem with the official visualisers is so much better. You can see how each song is supposed to make you feel like.
How’s my opinion? And what do you guys think? I would like to hear your opinions as well.
Question: blackworms
Hi all, I get 20-30ml of blackworms every week from my LFS. Every time I feed my fish, there’s always some get to the bottom, the Corys are not fast enough to eat them and they go down into the substrate.
I was wondering if I put a good bunch of them into the substrate:
- Will they make the substrate/tank in general healthy?
- Will they split/breed in the tank?
Thank you.
Anybody else likes to take pictures of your tanks all the time?
What are these?
This is my hatching tank. I’m currently breeding CPDs and as I about to change the water, I saw these little guys roaming around the tank.
It’s very tiny and has a tail. My iPhone camera cannot handle it lol, sorry for the bad quality.
I thought it was baby brine shrimp but it’s not.
Maybe just some beneficial bacterias ????
Should I try to keep them and see if they grow bigger?
Thanks
