Hi! Ever since I switched from a PC to a laptop, I've been running my Dell P1130 using some generic Dell USB-C dock. It hasn't been the worst experience, but I can't get refresh rates above 85hz on any resolution, no matter what I try to do.

I need a better solution to connect my monitor so I can enjoy this display's full capabilites. Can you please help me? Recommend me a USB-C dock or adapter that would be the best for my use case. Thanks!

By that, I mean movies that involve relationships that shouldn't work at all. I love this type of plot. A few examples I really liked were Detatchment, Lost in Translation, and one i saw recently... Leaving Las Vegas. Please suggest similar movies!!

So, long story short, I used to be a pretty heavy gooner, but I went on a 3 day trip with some friends.

We got an AirBNB, but... the bathroom door was kinda transparent. Because of that, there was no way for me to jerk off for 3 days no matter how badly I wanted it.

Well, I've been home for 2 days now and I... feel no urge to watch porn whatsoever. In fact, I'm pretty disgusted with the things I used to watch. I've noticed I can focus on tasks much better, my mind feels sharper, and my general mood has improved.

I guess that's it? I've... quit? Cool! Any advice to keep myself from eventually relapsing would be appreciated. I just wanted to share this story somewhere
