How common is this and do these symptoms sound familiar?

Hi everyone, struggling with a diagnosis. What I do know is, I have military neck and a bone spur and some mild buldging disks in neck. I have what the radiologist says mild stenosis. With that being said, neurologist suggests PT. I did 3 rounds and need to go back but here are my symptoms:

Neck pain radiating into the occipital region creating at times debilitating head pain, neck pain and shoulder pain. Muscles are tight. dizziness, vertigo. I have had that for several years prior to the pain. I also have unpredictable vision which can have good days and bad. Multiple eye exams show normal aging vision changes, no optical nerve damage.

I get a sensation of the base of my brain being squooze. Cognition terrible, insomnia. Pain through the night waking me up. Headaches, I also have what I was told possible neuralgia spreading to teeth causing strange tooth aches. Full ears just to name a few. This really kicked in with pain and concern one year ago. Prior to that, I just lived with these strange symptoms and they were manageable. When it began severely back in July of last year, I went to the ER because I thought it was viral meningitis. ER said it was muscle strain. I am frustrated as is my MD and quite frankly, I don't think anyone is interested or cares at this point. As I type this, my neck hurts pretty bad and shoulders are extremely tight. I have been living on magnesium supplements. Over the counter stuff not working well and flexeril is not an option for me. Anyone else does this sound familiar?

Argument with husband over dog ashes

OK fellow GenX ladies, I'm going try and add some humor in here because without humor I can't make it.

I have been married for 35 years and with my husband a total of 40. It's been a rocky road but we have made it so far . But I digress... let me run this by you all and tell me if I am crazy.

Our beloved dog of 10 years has fallen ill. While I am hoping for the best, I don't think it's going to go well. We discussed having our dog cremated when the time comes, and I told my husband I would like to hold onto the ashes for a while. He told me maybe a week but then he wants to bury them in the backyard. Well, let me tell you I became unhinged and I told him I'll hang onto those ashes as long as I want you fucker!!! am I in the wrong here? I am seriously trying to process what's happening though in all honesty. I'm hoping for the best, but I have a hunch things will go quickly. She is not doing well.

By the way, I don't feel the least bit guilty for calling him a fucker

How do I paint over old aluminum - is it even worth it?

This is in the front of my house and I'm taking down a dead ornamental tree that is currently covering it. Once I remove the tree, it's gonna look like shit
I am wondering if I should just replace this aluminum trim around my window or if it's possible to paint it? If painting is possible, can somebody give me some input on if it's worth it and does it last ? Try to gently wash it but nothing's coming off. This is 30 years old by the way.

Feel like I am dying inside after hormones left me

Ladies, pardon my French but what the actual fk ? I have been in full menopause for 5 years and I swear to God, I am declining rapidly now.

I spoke to my obgyn a few years ago, and after being told to take a vitamin cocktail, I pressed for bioidentical treatment. I was doing topical estrogen and some natural progesterone pill, but I could not tolerate the progesterone so I discontinued it.

Fast forward, I seriously feel like I am dying. My cholesterol is slightly elevated, blood sugar beginning to elevate, A1c now boarder line high into pre diabetes. I am not overweight my BMI is pretty low actually. I don't eat poorly and I don't drink. I can't sleep for a crap and I am fairly certain that is contributing to a lot of my health woes. My neck is killing me. My bones must be shrinking and I don't even wanna go into a discussion about what's happening to my hair.😔

Can you ladies please share with me what you're doing to help you through this? We really don't have any real hormone clinics in my area and I don't even know where to begin quite frankly I've kind of given up

Bordetella nasal vaccine exposure humans

Sorry if this has already been asked. My husband took our dog to the vet and I waited in the car. He got his nasal vaccine and my husband brought him right out back into the car and went to pay the bill. I sat with him for 10 minutes, ac on, windows shut. he saw another dog and was barking near my face.

How risky is this for me in terms of getting sick from the nasal vaccine? Not to sound neurotic but I recently recovered from a severe covid infection and am still pretty run down.

These trash bags are so heavily scented I could smell them upstairs and can still smell them even though they are now gone

I am ok with scented trash bags. In the past I have had some that were faint and decent. But these? My eyes are still watering 24 hours later and I returned them. I opened the box, put a fresh roll under the sink and about 15 minutues later, the smell traveled upstairs into the bedroom. I went down, boxed it up and put them in the garage. I can still smell it 24 hours later under the sink where they once sat. When I tell you disgusting, I mean they smell like 100 women from the 1970's all wearing heavy perfume at a tupperware party.
