Is buyout possible at PwC India?
My offer letter does mention a buyout option. I wanted to know how often they actually approve it.
Has anyone here done this or know someone who has? Would really appreciate hearing about your experience.

So, everyone is "talking" about the movie, so obviously I need to get into its original source.

From what I’ve found while searching the internet, either the version is too short and leaves out many important details, or the author adds their own creativity and biases. Of course, that’s to be expected with any retelling.
What I'm looking for is a version that's as close to the original as possible or literal translation, preferably written in simple prose.
I'm looking for dramas where the leads choose everyone else over the FL/ML, even when it absolutely destroys them.
I would prefer if it was the ML who has to make the choice.
Basically the opposite of "everyone else can go to hell as long as you're safe" I want characters who are forced to choose between their love and the world and choose the world even if it means sacrificing the person they love.
I want the angst that comes with duty, responsibility, and impossible choices. Bonus points if both characters understand why the choice was made, but it still hurts.
I'm open to any genre. Non HEA is also fine.
Hard Nos:
Assholes who are assholes just for the game of it with no character development where the FL/ML ends up with them simply because the plot says so.
Preferred:
People with flaws & character development.
Enemies to lovers
Slow burn... SLOWWW
FL falls first.
Intense Angst
I'm also good with dramas where this is a side plot.
Once upon a time, I started the Hathaway series by Lisa Kleypas. Needless to say, Leo Hathaway became my all time favorite MMC.
I love his self deprecating humor, his wit, and the way the man could make me laugh with a single line. His character development was so well done.. from an alcoholic to a 'i love like a madman'. Lisa Kleypas has always been hit or miss for me, but Leo was a direct hit to my heart. It's not even an exaggeration to say I read the entire series mainly for his appearances. Shoutout to that one Reddit comment that said something similar along the lines, "You have to read the whole series to get the full effect of Leo Hathaway's charm." They were absolutely right.
I wish I could post more of his quotes, but I've lost all my bookmarks over the years.
> "My mistakes are usually so enjoyable that I tend to repeat them."
> "The more brothers-in-law I acquire, the better Cam looks by comparison."
Years went by, and I kept looking for another mmc who gave me Leo vibes. No one came close. I lost hope.
Then last week I stumbled across a thread recommending Dangerous in Diamonds by Madeline Hunter. I thought, sure, another witty mmc recommendation. Boy, was I wrong.
Castleford finally scratched the itch Leo Hathaway left behind.
I was fascinated by Castleford because his character unfolds so gradually over the chapters. He's witty, confident, and has that same self-deprecating humor. They both have similar circumstances and charm yet give off completely different vibe while somehow giving off the exact same vibe. I dont even know what i'm saying.
Bro only works on Tuesdays and tuesdays only. Those are the regrettable days when he fulfills his ducal duties. Sobriety is tiresome so he limits it to 52 days a year.
> "How perceptive you are. It takes a good deal of effort to keep badness from being boring. One must seek out new experiences and challenges. Our mutual friends may think I have an easy life, but being notorious is grueling work after a few years."
> "That might not be possible, sir. There are not enough Tuesdays left for such journeys along with attending to your usual affairs." - "Calm yourself, Edwards. I do not have to be sober to visit my estates."
Anyway, after all this, I've come to one conclusion. My type is witty, charming, confident men with self-deprecating humor who also happen to be alcoholics.
To be clear, I am not saying my type is alcoholics....it just keeps on happening.
Anyway, if you happen to know another alcoholic mmc like Leo or Castleford. Please feel free to throw it my way.
To start off, I have little to nothing to identify this song not even the tune. All I have is part of the music video playing in my head. I'll try to explain it as best as I can.
A guy dancing in an open area maybe near a beach. As far as I can remember, he isn't part of the movie cast and appears only for this song. I think there's also a girl dancing with him.
The guy wears a brown or gray baniyan and jeans throughout the song, no change of clothes. He might resemble Arya in build. I think he also wears something in his head.
The song's atmosphere vibe (not the tune) reminds me of 'Thee Pidika' (bit of a strech) except that Thee Pidika takes place in a darker setting, while the song I'm looking for is in an open space there's definitely a blue sky.
I think the song might be from a Kamal or Vikram movie again I'm not sure. I also vaguely remember the camera zooming in and panning around the hero for a few seconds during the song.
One thing I'm 100% sure about is that it's a very famous song from 2005-13(+2). I know that doesn't help even 10% with identifying it but I thought I'd mention it anyway since I'm already listing a bunch of mostly useless clues.
I have never made an insurance claim before. My family has a planned surgery, and I would like to know if I can claim medical insurance while I am in my notice period.
the necklace they all wore. They were gorgeous.
Especially the gold and silver necklace the boys wore. They were thin, light and made them look so damn HOT. Huge shoutout to yall for your service.
