I bought these in May of 2025, and for the most, it’s the best pair of earbuds I had used in the price range. But later I started noticing the left earbud only lasting 3 hours, soon 2 hours. So, I raised a ticker in mail, a bit of back and forth but I’m not sure if they just respond with some stupid AI, they just said the left earbuds dies quicker due to it having “heart rate sensors”, which Liberty 4 NC don’t, due to being busy with college and stuff, I didn’t check back for a few weeks and realised those it was out of the 1 year warranty in those weeks.

Knowing that they probably won’t take any accountability, I mailed them back asking if there’s a repair service center or some exchange service, to which, they again wasted 3-4 days saying how Liberty 4 NC have heart rate sensors and just after that a new person responding saying there isn’t even official repair services in India.

Even though I love these earbuds in terms of sound, build, noise cancellation, and the phone holder case, it’s not worth it in India, and the support absolutely sucks.

I already own the game on iOS, Android and Windows but I wanted to use a certain bug that lets you equip any cape (un-obtained ones), and log back to newer version and have it still equipped. I tried the IPA on Internet archive for iOS and it didn’t let me log in, any recommendations for a safe site to get the APK that also has the older versions?
