My pc’s graphics has been acting really weird lately

In some games, barely noticeable but consistent changes have happened. graphics look weird almost like they are blurry or like they are not up to date.

Would there be any baseline improvements I could make that might work as an overall solution.

A few years ago I got ‘potato graphics’ in Fortnite by using NVIDIA control panel to lower my graphics but o don’t think that effected anything outside of Fortnite.

The changes are so small but noticeable. They don’t really come up in photos or screenshots.

What is a good slow progression game to start off with

I’m 15 and want to get into a slow progression game where I have to earn things and progress. I’m thinking of wizard101, RuneScapes or Skyrim. I don’t want something too hard and prefer something easy and enjoyable.
