PCIe riser cable recommendations

I’ve completed my T1 v2.1 build, but one hitch I haven’t resolved yet is that the riser cable for the GPU/mobo connection seems to be too long. I’ve tried every recommendation from bending it lots, using a blow dryer to bend it to winding/folding it as much as possible. I’ve even used extra standoffs on the mobo to create more distance from the GPU to use up the riser cable length. Even reached out to support two weeks ago and they’re still investigating a solution based off the pictures I provided.

Nonetheless, nothing’s appeared to work and the riser cable ends up just pushing against my GPU causing it to push out against the PC case.

Any recommendations on alternative riser cables that are the right length? FormD’s riser is 20mm, so I probs need one that’s 18-19mm?

Riser cable too long?

Building in the Formd T1 case, but I can’t figure out this riser cable. It either pops out the top too much or pushes the GPU outwards.

What am I doing wrong or what can I do to fix this?

Any help is appreciated!!!!!

Strap alternatives due to poopy suede strap?

I had a disappointing exchange with SU customer service.

I had reached out due to the fabric fraying on the underside of the strap. Custom service had indicated that’s usual wear and tear, given I purchased the watch 11 months ago and have probably worn it for no more than 30 days (that’s probs generous).

They did offer a 50% discount code to buy a new $180 CAD strap, but I’d rather go another route with a cheaper option that pops more with this fun watch. I’d expect this type of durability with a $25/$50 strap, so let’s find out!

Any ideas? Thanks!

How do I talk to someone via Steam Support?

I'm trying to get ahold of someone in Steam Support to refund Forza Horizon 6 because I haven't been able to play the game in over a month due to their cloud sync error. The usual refund process automatically rejects my request because I've played more than two hours and it's been more than 14 days.

Forza Support has indicated they can't help, but I can't figure out how to open a ticket and actually discuss with Steam Support my issue. I'm considering a credit card chargeback, but I've read online that Steam frowns upon that lol

Steam Machine-like experience

I’ve put this small form factor build together thus far on PCPP.

I’m trying to replicate a Steam Machine-like experience for the TV. It’d have SteamOS and CEC controls via a UGreen HDMI dongle/adapter.

Any changes you’d recommend for this build and achieving my desired outcome? Looking to play AAA games (Stalker 2, SM2, Jedi Survivor, DS2, etc.).
