This option says media mail but I guess my question is; how is it sent when selecting this option? Does this mean a bubble mailer? Are they still shipping in a box?
I’ve only ever purchased from mediaOCD once before and it was a big enough to warrant a box but if it’s only two items then does that change or is it always shipped in a box?
I was trying to order a mix of in stock and preorder items (digimon movie collection 2, Lupin movie collection 2, Digimon tamers, monster,) and I thought I’d add Digimon frontier to it but since that won’t ship out for awhile it got me thinking.
I know the site says that all orders are held so that everything can ship at the same time, but would placing separate orders make a difference?
Or will it just show multiple orders that end up shipping all at once regardless?

I know the whole mark the price up and put it on “sale” for its regular price is nothing new but are they really trying to retroactively change base prices on older titles? Idk man, I know im just screaming at the void over an old game I’m never gonna play but fucking god I hate this scummy shit.

Hey y’all! Just got back into collecting and got some KMC sleeves at a local shop. Dig em but they were a little pricey($10 per pack even though the ticket said 8 )so I tried to find some on Amazon. However what I received today is in completely different packaging and I tried one of the sleeves and it feels crunchier and a little less soft than the ones I had gotten at the local shop.
The first ones I got were sealed in a pack more akin to any tcg booster pack, the Amazon ones are just a sticky tab you pull at the bottom to open and have the “made in Japan” printed in weird inconsistent font sizes and shows a little Japanese flag that isn’t on the non Amazon packs.
The ones I got locally also have a sticker on the back that says it was imported and distributed by KMC along either a contact email and such whereas the Amazon ones did not.
Does anyone know if maybe I just got a set with old packaging? Might return them regardless but figured I’d double check in case I’m just being crazy.
Just started collecting cards for the first time in 15+ years by jumping into Digimon. I’ve gotten a few starter decks and gift boxes from a few years ago and a bunch of packs that quickly added up to waaaaay more than I’d like to just have sitting around. What’s a good go to brand for binders/storage?
I DID initially get into it with the intent of just collecting to collect so I started getting penny sleeves and quickly remembered why I hate them so I started thinking about what kind of binders would be good whether it be a DIY ring binder or something specifically for TCG collecting.

I had been putting DBZ on as background noise for throughout the year so I never really noticed this till now (twoish episodes post namek saga)but it seems like the music on this dub is the “original?” score?
Didn’t the funimation dub have its own music for the intermissions/outro preview for the next episode and just overall different music throughout the episodes or am I tripping?
I kinda wish this would have released on switch or other consoles like the recent DBZ game that came out (can’t remember exactly what it’s called)

So I’ve had a bootleg of the 2003 Blu-ray set that I got from around the time when they first started popping up. At first I thought it was legit since the disc art looked good enough but then I Saw the slipcover had a bunch of spelling errors and the back of the discs were black. (I was salty as fuck when I saw it was a bootleg and never watched it lol)
finally decided to try watching it and I’m really surprised by the quality of the menu, and episodes overall! Audio is a liiitle low but consistent and there’s no subtitle options so if you’re only an English speaker watching in Japanese you’re fucked.
However, my question is; Was the legit version of this release full screen? The one I’ve got has the black bars on the side like the square aspect ratio.
I don’t know if I’m misremembering having seen it be full screen when it was on Netflix but wanted to see if anyone here knew. Thanks in advance :)
Edit: looks like there ARE subtitles after all, they just took a bit into the first episode to kick in but they’re kinda janky and inaccurate.
Audio mix for the opening theme seems kinda weird too. Almost like the vocal track was turned down and is on the cusp of being overpowered by everything else but then come back up for the chorus and back down at the end lol.
Episode title cards are in Japanese but that could have always been the case and I just don’t remember since it’s been a few years.
