Is there any example of aelven characters, sigmarite or else, who serve in the military structure of the Freeguilds ? As steelhelms, marshalls, or else ?
I'm not talking about the swifthawk agents, but more human-assigned roles.
Hi,
I just finished reading "Children of Teclis".
Really good book, I recommend it, but it leaves me with a question after that:
What are the pratictal solutions to the Namarti's curse ? Did anyone manage to cure it ? I'm referring to individual cases or attempted rituals.
As a reminder, Namarti are most of the Idoneth population, people born with sick/cursed souls which leaves their bodies if not reinforced by others' (which are hunted). 1% of the population is stable, and these ones rule the namarti thralls while making sure their people hunt enough souls to avoid demographic collapsing.
I know as well this is their whole gimmic. "We don't wanna steal people souls to keep our thralls alive, bouhouhou, but we're forced to", so the whole race shall stay like this for we still need Idoneth miniatures.
I know also of two rituals which attemptef to fix this: one in Children of Teclis, one in Soulslayer, involving Gotrek, which almost succeeded.
Is there namarti who managed to overcome their curse, or be permanently fixed in the lore ? Specific individuals or situations ?
I discovered awhile ago what seemed to be one of the best DBS artists on Pixiv, who drew in an absolute, PERFECT artstyle, several fanmangas about universe 6 and side characters.
The storytelling, slice of life, lore, everything look really great. But it was never translated and I don't know why ?!!
I mean, look at this.

Does anyone here know japanese or translators ?
AI is awful for decent translation, and I respect too much DB to even try.
I am thinking about starting an Age of Sigmar lore channel, to maintain and possibly develop the lore interest in the community/for new comers.
I was wondering : what did interest you at first in AoS lore ? Were you curious about a specific trope ? Was there a specific character ? Was it simple curiosity ? Or the game which made you want to dig up the storyline ?
What would be the best way to interest people into Warhammer ( women, men, everyone ) ?
Who is your favorite Age of Sigmar character ? : o
I'm talking about lore characters, not specifically tabletop ones ! Novels included, series, fan content... Let's be nerdy :3
I don't wanna start a fire or anything like that, but I noticed they weren't many female players nor streamers in Age of Sigmar.
I keep wondering why, and I wanted to ask on the community reddit if people had any idea why.
Like, is there any women playing here ? Is there a reason why most of the community is made of guys or why it doesn't attract more girls ?
Everything's in the title !
What are your best homemade battleplans ? Asking so we could share spicy ideas.
I'm hesitating about buying one somewhere. The rules seem to say it can be quite resilient, but is it a good unit ?
I was thinking about getting two of them to rush toward the enemy and keep them busy for one or two turns.
Hi!
I've been buying the new battletome and a couple of miniatures, checking the supplements and regiments of renown. I did a few games, yet finding the right balance with the new rules is a bit frustrating and I keep being unsatisfied with my armies compositions.
What do you guys play in CoS, and do you have any funny combinations with it ? Efficient or not, I wanna gather datas on how fun the Cities can be. :c
