Target is selling the RP6

I just found this listing in the Target app. Is this legit? And would it be worth buying from here instead of direct from the Retroid website?

I have a limited budget. I already have the Pocket Air Mini but I'm not happy with it's PS2 emulation, (Surprised that it can run God of War, but not Punisher, barely runs any of the GTA games) With the base model of the Portal 2 sold out, the viable handhelds that are within my range are the RP5/6 and the Anbernic 477V/M. I want something that can Emulate PS2 and via GameNative run many of the Steam Indie games that have been making splashes.

The third possible is to keep saving and buy the base Xbox Ally ROG, being that it's the cheapest handheld PC at under 600 dollars. I do have the OG Ally ROG Z1E but its wearing out, the SD reader is burnt out, the right D pad has always been janked and even the rubber on the thumb stick is peeling off from about 2 and half years of continuous use.

What should i do?
