I just finished book 4. This series just keeps getting better and better. Donut’s right. Sometimes Carl really is properly crazy. But he’s not going to let them break him. He’ll break them! Also that epilogue! Oh boy. I’ll eagerly anticipate that payoff.

I’m eager to dive into book 5.

I finished Cookbook last night. Now I’m on to Book 4. This is the most fun I’ve had with reading a book series in a while.

Only just started the series a week ago and now I have all 7 books. Will have to readjust the shelf once I get book 8. Currently reading book 3.

I’m new to the crawl. I bought the paperback edition of book 1 on New Years Day during my family’s tradition of buying a book on New Years Day at a bookstore, but didn’t pick up to read until this last Thursday. I’d gotten sick and did have anything else to do so I read it and boy did I have fun. I immediately ordered the next two books and now they’ve arrived I’m pumped to get started on Carl’s Doomsday Scenario.

First off, I’m not really a big gamer. More of a casual gamer. I only started playing video games in college, before that it was mainly desktop games like Age of Empires and StarCraft. But my college roommate got an XBOX and I’d watch him play HALO. Then he got OBLIVION and my gaming world changed. I got obsessed with the game. So I mainly play games similar open world games.

On to the book, I’m 200 pages in already and I’m really enjoying it. Especially Carl and Princess Donut’s relationship. And thanks to my college roommate introducing me to video games, I can understand most of the gaming lingo!
