Are there any residents of ThreeOaks here who want to share their opinion on living there? I know that it’s BRAND NEW and doesn’t have a lot of residents yet, but those of you who are there, do you get a good vibe that all the amenities and the activities, trails, pool, social clubs will be great, average, etc?? Excited about how it’ll grow into the development you’re looking for? (63 yo thinking of buying there)
GM/Optiq engineers: if you’re reading this, can you please make the on-screen turn signal indicators closer together? For me, they are so far apart that my steering wheel covers them up and I can’t see them and can’t tell if they’re still blinking. Typically, at the 11 and 1 o’clock positions.

If you could only take 4-5 supplements for energy, sexual health, mental clarity, which would you choose? I’ll start: D3/K2 combo, B complex, zinc, magnesium, and C. Any other recommendations?
We’re all adults. We’ve worked hard and have “earned the right” (in whichever way you want to define that). Am I the only one who just wants to have some great sex with someone equally enthusiastic (single or married, who really cares) and then go our separate ways with a new spring in our step? Does anyone know of any Amtrak improvements planned in the next 1-3 years that will improve customer experience such as: train timeliness, enforcement of quiet car rules, better food, etc?
Looking for opinions: if I were to take the Adirondack line from NY in October what might be the best (walkable, quaint downtown near station, BnB for overnight, etc) to stop if I didn’t want to go all the way to Montreal?
Does anyone know anything about this Trilogy ThreeOaks 55+ community being developed? Shea Homes is the builder. To me, it looks like a well thought-out design concept, on the small side but with some really nice amenities. Any opinion on quality of homes and lot sizes?
