I wanted to share a few artists that I've recently discovered. These are absolute bangers and I highly recommend you check them out.
Nucleus
Recently discovered their album Elastic Rock after a Youtuber recommended it and then dove into their discography. Nucleus was a British jazz rock band, from 1969 to 1989 established by Ian Carr. In 1970, the band won first prize at the Montreaux Jazz Festival, released the album Elastic Rock and performed both at the Newport Jaxx Festival and the Village Gate jazz club. My favorite albums are Elastic Rock, Solar Plexus, We'll Talk About It Later, Roots, Under The Sun, and Labyrinth. Additionally Ian Carr had a solo album called Belladonna and featured on an album called Greek Variations you should also check out.
Eberhard Weber
I love his entire discovery after having been familiar with The Colours of Chloe but not giving his other albums a listen. Literally every album he made is amazing. My favorites you should give a listen to are: Later That Evening, The Following Morning, Pendulum, Ring (with Gary Burton), Fluid Rustle, Chorus, Resume, Once Upon A Time, Endless Days, The Call (with Mal Waldron), and Yellow Fields.
Black Jazz Records
This is actually a record label from the 70's founded in Oakland California founded by pianist Gene Russell. The label was created to promote the talents of young African American jazz musicians and singers, and released twenty albums between 1971 and 1975. The label was created as an alternative to traditional jazz invoking a more political and spiritual tone, often with funk overtones. Interestingly, Gene Russell closed Black Jazz Records in 1975 to focus on his new label, Aquarican Records when he signed singer Talita Long who is the mother of actress Nia Long. Snow Dog Records acquired the licensing to Black Jazz Records in 2012, and began reissuing the albums as its first project. Additionally you can find remastered Hi-Res Losses versions of the album on Apple Music.

I have a pair of POLK ES20 speakers, an RSL sub and wiim amp. I like it so far but I am itching for a surround sound experience. Can anyone recommend a good pair of speakers that will go well? I was considering WiiM Soundlite speakers due to easy setup. Any thoughts?

In short there is an economic model that outlines the processes that might stimulate a developing country to become economically modern. There are 5 stages of economic development:
The model outlines some of the factors that drive them from traditional societies into preconditions for take-off and then take off. Some of those factors are war which drive a demand for manufactured goods.
Looking at Africa, I can't think of a more stimulating factor than that of the global historical racism that Africans face. The last 500 years has shown that there is a global racist sentiment towards Africans. Clearly we see today all the biases implanted in the global economy, from mining, to banking, to media, to the racism African diaspora face in a post colonial world. It's time for Africa to develop and focus on economic policies that benefit Africans.
One thing that is interesting is that Meles seemed to follow the example of South Korea and Japan to their modern industrialization. Mainly through agricultural development. It seems as though the prosperity party might be doing something similar but I don't think they are emphasizing it enough. The approach is below:
Agriculture – land reform policies were land is equitably distributed among rural citizens. Rural citizens own land of 1–3 hectares. Work the land in household farming set ups; highly productive crops that are labour intensive utilizing families as labourer. Excess output is sold and exports are encouraged. Governments assist this by forming agricultural schools and investing in farming equipment, such as fertilizer and farming machinery. Local agricultural communities organizations helping rural farmers become more productive and overseeing land redistrubtion/sales process.
As you know government still owns land although people can own very long leases. I think true land reform especially in agriculture areas and giving people actually titles/deeds to their land so that they own it is the first step.

Looking at the status of the order though it says they are working on the device under generic device repair.
I thought that they would just replace the airpods ?
