First glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel

Had the fissure for 3 weeks now. Yesterday was one of the most depressing days of my life. 7 weeks postpartum and I feel like I’ve been experiencing physical trauma (since the birth - nvm the challenges that is pregnancy). Been fighting really hard to tread water. But yesterday I felt like I was lost. The pain has had me at the end of my rope for over a week now.
Been frantic, desperate.
Been experimenting with different tips I’ve been reading on here, sudocrem, cbd oil, gloved finger, lubing up, baths baths baths…
Also cut my diet in more than half. Trying to have a low residue diet while also following another diet plan I read on here.
But today, I used a finger cot, tried to break up my poo before it came out, lubed up with Vaseline, and then held my anus tightly together while pushing and I BARELY BLED!!!!!
🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
NO BLOOD DRIPPING! The toilet water was BROWN not a MURDER SCENE‼️‼️‼️‼️
Took a quick bath as I had to go to the doctors and prepare my baby for the walk, used H-fissure oil on it (it’s just arrived), unfortunately the 10-15 min walk had me sweating with pain, still feels like there’s shards of glass in my anus, but I’m centering on the fact that A) toilet water was brown B) hardly any blood C) poo itself was not a solid mega log (I think the diet is working!!)
The only other positive I have is that miraculously by close to starving myself I’m losing my pregnancy weight pretty rapidly and my baby is still drinking from me so I still have milk to give! Huzzah! Please GOD PLEASE let the end be near
Been fighting for my life way too much and yesterday I was lost

Anal fissure ruining my life

Guys I had a panic attack yesterday because of how bad my fissure pain is 😩😂 my first panic attack in years 😵‍💫💔 I’m so emo it’s gone that far. I’ve been on this Reddit desperately the last few days and I’m so glad to hear everyone on there is in as much pain as me, I can feel less like a baby about that🥺😔 it’s fucking awful what I’ve read to do about it !?!?! Applying oils and creams internally as well 😩😩 sticking a gloved finger up to break it up 🫪🤢 but let me tell you.. after sweating shaking and not being able to look after my daughter I tried !🫪 I tried Vaseline.. couldn’t break it up but it helped SLIGHTLY. Another post said they used cbd oil because the cream the doctor gives me leaves me in actual agony (diltiazam) I was on the FLOOR sweating! So I got cbd oil and used the pippette to stick up there 😫 again I think it may have helped SLIGHTLY but when it’s actually blinding it’s like oh is a 11/10 better than a 12/10? Idk I lowkey am getting very shaky hahahahah. I’m so sad because we’re on my husbands 30th away trip to the Cotswolds in this magnificent castle with an arboretum and I tried to go on a walk on my combination of painkillers and just had to turn back in the car park 😭 fucking HOPE that the new oil I ordered from USA (Natural Healing Oils - H fissure) that promises miracles actually WORKS (arrives Wednesday) because otherwise maybe it’s chronic and I think reading about how some of you tortured souls are dealing with chronic ones and I think I’d actually off myself if it got that bad. Recovering after the worst haemorhoids I’ve ever had because of my baby’s delivery - after getting traumatised from haemorhoid surgery in 2021 - only to get pounded by this is making me wonder.. what the fuck did I do to deserve this!!!😩😩😩😩😩😩😩

Side notes : on diltiazam 2%, and nefopam, also taking paracetamol and ibrupofen
Doctor told me to take fybrogel
Was already taking dulcoease and lactulase. Dropped dulcoease and just took L & F. Started having soft pops but HUMONGOUS & retore so dropped fybrogel after finding out it’s a faecal BULKING!(?) agent and now just taking lactulase

My pharmacy didn’t have movicol :(

Being neurodivergent is so lonely and it sucks when you realise it’s lowkey ur fault but u can’t change how u are

It’s so tough when ur neurodivergence makes you even more introverted like I only recently released my dyslexia makes conversations extra tiring for me because of how much extra energy verbal processing and my phonological loop takes
Plus my neurodivergence makes it harder for me to genuinely connect and click with most people
And because it’s so tiring I find it harder to invest in people as much as other people do but then when I want people around me I realise people invest in me less too so I’m just normally an outsider but it sucks to realise it’s also my fault because I invest in people less because it’s so tiring
Just sucks crying when ur just facing the consequences of ur own actions lol

I married my twin flame and our daughter is about to be born any day now

We met when I (27F) was 20, and he was 23. We met at uni, in UK he was from another Western European country. As soon as we had our first kiss we were together from that point on every day. We had weird spiritual experiences like if he showered and I was in his bed I’d feel the coldness of the shower on my body where the water would touch his skin. If he did shrooms or MDMA and I didn’t I’d feel how it changes his brain chemistry. Ive felt (sober) what it feels like to balls be drained lmao or blue balls. It was really hard in the beginning coming from a background of high trauma whereas it felt like he had no trauma and lived a very positive life, I often make jokes he’s Gods favourite and there were times when 2 of my friends died and I sank into depression that it shook our relationship and I thought he didn’t understand enough to support me.
Now we’ve been married a year, are expecting our first child together and we have the best relationship out of everyone I’ve ever met in my life. Friends like introducing their new partners to us, and i feel so blessed to have such an amazing husband and supportive relationship that it raises the standards of other people around us. Sometimes i even feel shy being open about how incredible our relationship is so other people don’t get jealous
But he’s my best friend, love of my life, I’ll love him in every life and thereafter. And I just want you to know twin flames can work
