Had a weird bug yesterday?

Hello!

I added a desk under the church, and wanted to craft paper... But the key wouldn't work? I tried switching to another one because I thought maybe it's a key I've used too much and that's the issue, but it wouldn't work at all regardless. I changed the key several times.

At some point there was a tiiiiny bit of red (to show the progression) so I think it kind of worked? But nothing more... Then I thought maybe the desk is too close to other furniture items, so I'll destroy it and add another one, right? ... But I can't destroy it either, for the same reason?

And the weirdest thing is that... Well, at some point I got annoyed and kind of keysmashed. Not the first time this happened, but then my character got stuck in fighting mode?? Even when changing the key for the sword, he just kept swinging it. I quit the game after that (I made sure to save right before wanting to destroy the desk so this part is not a problem)... The key wasn't stuck, by the way, I'm sure of that.

What do I do? I'll probably build another desk somewhere else entirely, but is this one doomed to stay like that forever, unable to be destroyed?

Crafted way too many bowls... what now?

The bishop mentioned he'd buy me bowls... I didn't know he only meant the 20 bowls for the quest. Uh oh, now I have 60. That's right, two stacks of bowls, and I don't know what to do with them because no one will buy them. So I just keep them in my chest. :( I tried looking up what to do with them, and I saw something about how you need a few bowls in late game to craft other things... But do you need sixty of them? Or are they useless? Poor bowls.

So many things to do (in the best way!)

Hello, I'm a fairly new player, and the first thing I thought when playing for a bit was "woah, there is so much to do! :D". So much wood to cut in early game, which I love because it's very relaxing. So many items to collect. So many things to improve, buy, cook, expand. I was like "this is going to take FOREVER!" in the best way, because I love games that aren't too limiting and where you have a whole bunch of things to do, so you don't get bored. (For reference I'm a Stardew player)

Plus I like the pace, you don't have to do everything the moment you get the quest, every time the same symbol comes back (for the days of the week), you can do it if you've missed it the first time. So there's no rush. You can work at night! Which is great. It's not discouraging to walk all the way to the village because the character walks FAST and isn't slowed down when carrying a body or wood. I LOVE IT!

This game messed up my sleep schedule and I'm grateful for it because I had the BEST time!

Have any of you ever been called classist for not understanding allosexuality?

Hello!

This is extremely specific but this has happened to me. For context, when I was younger and didn't know I was ace, I thought everyone could just stop doing the deed when necessary.

When I was in middle school, we learned about slums and overall poverty in history class, and how these people should be helped because there are children living there who deserve a better future. And I remember that I kept thinking that it was unfair for the kids (as well as the adults!)... But then we learned that the reason there were so many children in slums, was because of the lack of protection, so intercourse would very often result in pregnancy. And that's when I went "... but why do the families there keep doing the deed then, if they can't afford to feed the children?"

And, yeah, you guessed it with the title, I got called classist for implying that poor people don't deserve to have kids. I've been thinking about it from time to time ever since, and I even brought it up to some friends recently who said "yeah, children will think silly things when they don't understand adult matters, but now you understand so it's alright!"... And if I'm honest, of course that's not what I meant at all (the classist part), but even to this day I can't fully comprehend why people would risk it. Can allos genuinely not help it?

Please be kind in the comments, I'm not hating on poor people, I'm honestly simply questioning if other ace folks have ever experienced this.

Do people know you can change the ground under the fountain?

Hi!

I keep seeing pictures of everyone's islands where there's roads everywhere but the ground under the fountain remains untouched and the only part on the whole island that's green. Are people aware you can change it?

That's it, just letting you guys know! Bye!

TIL the BBC iPlayer version of NuWho series 6 doesn't have a pre-titles intro

I used to watch Doctor Who on Prime Video before it got taken down, now I watch it on the iPlayer. For the longest time I've been complaining about how I didn't like Amy talking before the title sequence, and how I found it especially odd to have it for one season only... And apparently it's not in the iPlayer version?

I found online an explanation saying that the pre-titles intro was used in other countries that don't have DW as an important part of their culture, so they don't feel like they've missed out on something important when watching a random episode from season 6. I guess that explains why Prime has it, since it's US-based. Does that mean some British fans have no idea that's a thing? Did you personally know about it?

What do you do with Kudos once you've bought everything from the daily shop?

Hi!

What the title says, because I'm almost there. I guess you just buy the mastery skins, but surely you'll just keep getting more Kudos than necessary... Will there be new items added to the daily shop at some point? Or is there some way to turn Kudos into something else?

Thank you!

I'd LOVE to make a diving outfit, with a diving mask and all... But wetsuits can't be added to wand outfits for some reason :(( So I just keep mine in my inventory, and when I put it on I can't be bothered to change the full outfit, to be honest. Anyone else?
