Got detention in JC, would it affect my uni chances

I am interested in doing medicine at a local Singapore uni, possibly NUS. The thing is, I didn't come to school for 4 days; only 2 parent letters are allowed. So they gave me detention, but the other 2 days were because I had super painful cramps, and on the other day it was sports day and I couldn't take part in the event, so i resorted to not coming at all because i had surgery a month prior. But they gave me detention. When I asked my teacher, she said the detention would not affect my conduct grade in the slightest chance, but I am worried about getting into NUS through ABA admissions, where they would reject me because of this.
