These are the kind of individuals where it ought to be pretty noticeable to a lot of people if they suddenly disappeared or stopped showing up in daylight. For the Leopoldites and the rest of the Second Inquisition that must be a dead giveaway of Ventrue shenanigans.

I'm playing around with those new pre-written RPGs and a lot of the time the dialogue is borderline unreadable because the AI has every character speak in pseudo-profound gobbledygook.

"The Queen tells me you've decided to play the disciplined soldier," he says, his voice a low, rough rasp. "How quaint. I wonder if you’re still reciting your manuals in your head, or if you've realized that in this palace, the only orders that matter are the ones you give yourself when no one is looking."

Like, I'm sure this stuff is supposed to sound meaningful, or impressive, but it's mostly nonsense babble.

I've tried adding "The GM will focus on realistic, organic dialogue, without any artistic or poetic flourishes." but it doesn't seem to have any effect on the dialogue.

The ones have recently been added in the AI RPG. Cause I'd be interested in trying to make scenarios for myself with whatever Generator they're made with.

I'm playing on a world generated with the Plains and Valleys mod right now. Does anyone else have it happen that cave openings generate more as deep holes in the ground than tunnel entrances? My dude just fell to his death like 60 blocks straight down. Lotta brown coal on the way down though.

During that scene where Fudge, McGonnagal, Flitwick, Hagrid and Rosmerta are talking in the Three Broomsticks, Fudge not only spoke of Voldemort as still alive, if weakened and in hiding, but also expressed his belief that Voldemort could return to power if he had a loyal follower to help him.

But then in the next book when he's informed that a loyal follower helped Voldemort return to power it's suddenly an impossibility and he spends the rest of his career in denial about it.

It generally works fine now and follows my instructions for the stories fairly well, except for this annoying habit of starting every story with some inane piece of dialogue, random unrelated descriptions of toasters or tea kettles, or weird biographies about characters that aren't even supposed to be in the story and have nothing to do with anything, before it seemingly catches itself and gets with the program.

Anyone figured out yet how to the tell the AI to not do that?

New AI model, but the NPCs in the AI RPG still use "You're late" and "Took you long enough" as their default conversation starter even when there's no reason for my character to be considered late to the situation.

At least in the AI Story Generator. It's still slower than it was before and has hiccups like making the first paragraph a complete non sequitur sentence about a tea kettle, but with more detailed instructions in the prompt on the writing style I want it to use, it actually starts spitting out reasonably decent content again.

Because the writing style has changed, even though I'm using the same prompt as yesterday. The sentences are pretty short and choppy and on the nose all of a sudden.

Like this:

You walk out of your bedroom and head toward the front door. You stop in the hallway to look at the television in the living room. The screen shows a documentary about deep sea creatures. The colors are vivid and the facts about the glowing fish are interesting. You find the program entertaining and watch for a few minutes. You decide to go outside to enjoy the crisp air.

Edit: I tried the AI Story Generator and it does the same thing. Short, choppy sentences, sometimes only a single sentence per paragraph even.

Since earlier today there is this weird glitch happening when I type. At random moments the... whatever the technical term for the blinking line is, jumps back by one space while I type a word and then autocompletes it in between the letters. So for example "talk" then comes out as "ttalka". It's never done this before and I have no idea what could be causing it. I tried turning off the auto replace feature on the keyboard, but the glitch still kept happening.

I'm using a Galaxy S8 with the default Samsung Keyboard and predictive text feature.
