While his presence in the EFTA includes photos and no known communication with Epstein and Co, it is interesting that he is in so many photos with Epstein at the Patio de los Arrayanes (Courtyard of the Myrtles) located within the Comares Palace in Granada, Spain.

To be clear, this is actually the Peter Lambrakis who is accused of being instrumental in Sarah Ransome's abuse. Peter is said to have trafficked Sarah, with Natalia and Gary.

This Peter Lambrakis is the owner of XBR Construction, and is/was a landlord with dozens of violations.

I held onto these photos for a little while but I just received noticed that he reported one of my posts about him, which was taken down, so I figured it was the right time to share these photos. Most of the information here in this post is just a cleaned up version of my previous post with more sources.

Sarah Ransome messaged me months ago in hopes of being able to help her share her story on what she experienced in the Quo Nightclub with convicted sexual abuser, disbarred lawyer, and former Quo Nightclub owner Gaurav "Gary" Malhotra, and his *alleged* best friend Peter Lambrakis.

Sarah confirmed that the man pictured with her is Peter Lambrakis. Several facial recognition software programs have confirmed that the man pictured with her is him.

​

Sarah provided photos of him to me (and a few other journalists) at the Quo Nightclub. Maybe he really didn't know Gary Malhotra. However, these photos show him being in the nightclub and very close to Sarah Ransome.

​

In Ransome's deposition, she identified a man named Peter Lambrakis as a cocaine supplier and possible witness. In the files, she states he was an attorney, but likely this part is untrue.

Peter was allegedly best friends with disbarred lawyer Gaurav "Gary" Malhotra, according to Sarah Ransome. Gary is a convicted sexual abuser.

​

"The Appellate Division’s Second Judicial Department of the New York Supreme Court ordered the disbarment of lawyer Gaurav Malhotra, also known as Gary Malhotra, of New York in a May 15 opinion noted by the Legal Profession Blog.

​

Malhotra was disbarred based on allegations in two ethics cases. One stemmed from the 2008 criminal conviction. The other stemmed from Malhotra’s failure to respond to subpoenas in the waitress’s civil suit and his failure to satisfy the $1 million default judgment that she obtained.

​

The nightclub owned by Malhotra was identified as Quo in a March 2015 story by the Daily Mail. Prosecutors had alleged that Malhotra grabbed the breast and buttocks of the waitress, pushed her against a wall, and told her that he wanted to “sniff some” off her breasts, buttocks and shoulder.

​

Malhotra then allegedly attempted to kiss the waitress, who was identified as “NS” by the appeals court. He also poured cocaine on the woman’s neck, arms and upper chest and licked the drug from those areas, prosecutors had alleged.

​

Malhotra did not testify at the criminal trial. He later told a grievance committee that he considered the woman’s allegations to be “pretty silly,” and he had created an environment that made him an easy target.

​

Malhotra was convicted in December 2008 of sexual abuse in the third degree, attempted forcible touching and harassment in the second degree. He received a conditional discharge requiring him to complete five days of community service or serve 90 days in prison.

​

He did not report the conviction to ethics regulators. The conviction came to light in the ethics case concerning the civil suit filed by the waitress in 2010. She had alleged gender and sexual harassment and a hostile work environment.

​

Malhotra testified that he made a good-faith effort to settle the civil suit with an offer of $25,000 to $35,000, which he would fund with a loan from his parents. When Malhotra was asked about a $100,000 payment wired by a client to an offshore bank account, Malhotra said the payment was for legal fees owed, and he used it to repay a loan to a family member.

Malhotra also testified that he had gone “through rough times with substance abuse” in 2007, but he has been sober since 2017. He also said he was remorseful.

​

The appeals court said disbarment was appropriate, considering Malhotra’s “egregious” behavior in the ethics case that included a refusal to acknowledge his criminal conduct and inconsistent testimony.

Gerald (Jerry) Goldsmith, 76, passed away Saturday morning, June 1, 2019. He was born December 31, 1942, in Brooklyn, New York, a son of the late Morris Goldsmith and Lucy Cartolano Goldsmith.

Jerry had a storied career on Wall Street. He began at EF Hutton & Company in 1971 and rose quickly up the ranks, eventually holding the position of Managing Director and Executive Vice President. Jerry joined Rothschild Inc. in 1982 as President of Rothschild Trading, Inc. and by 1992 was named President and Chief Operating Officer of Rothschild North America, Inc. and its subsidiary Rothschild Inc. Jerry also held the position of director of the New York Futures Exchange and was instrumental in forming the Chicago Board Options Exchange and subsequently was a director.

Ken Starr, the lawyer who hounded Bill Clinton over his affair with Monica Lewinsky, waged a “scorched-earth” legal campaign to persuade federal prosecutors to drop a sex-trafficking case against the billionaire financier Jeffrey Epstein relating to the abuse of multiple underaged girls.

In Perversion of Justice the Miami Herald reporter Julie K Brown writes about Starr’s role in securing the secret 2008 sweetheart deal that granted Epstein effective immunity from federal prosecution. The author, who is credited with blowing open the cover-up, calls Starr a “fixer” who “used his political connections in the White House to get the Justice Department to review Epstein’s case”.

Julie was right. Here is a letter Starr sent to Acosta. Did this directly result in Epstein's plea deal, or was he just one of many corrupt people that had a hand in it?
