45 male, just ended a 15 year relationship - on the ledge.

I am in a dark place right now. I have no family (died this year) and best friend is gone (also recently died) - I have no phone calls - total isolation except for strangers.

I don't know where to go, what to do, how to make new meaningful friendships. I have been shunned so many times. Maybe its just Seattle culture or maybe I really am too damaged to have friends.

I'm moving out of state next week to try and start new somewhere. Any recommendations? This is my only hope. I work remotely and can move anywhere in the USA. I have no better idea than to just go live somewhere else for a year and pray to God it works for me. I don't know if I will make it like I am now.

Where should I go? I can't enjoy anything I use to love. I just need to be around positive people. Wherever the hell that is at.

This is me doing anything first - trying to step back from the ledge - trying to have hope for my future.

Not sure how to survive this. Literally

46 male, and ending a 15 year relationship.

I don't doubt the need to separate. It was mutual and we have stopped communication. But this truly is unbearably painful. Writing this post brings tears to my eyes.

I am in a very dark place, shattered, devasted and I need help before I become hopeless. I live alone, in an unfamiliar state, and I have nobody. No family, no friends and nowhere to go.

I felt this was coming, so I started some medication several weeks ago. Without it, I don't think I would not be here right now. I'm borderline at this point, willing to do anything to feel better.

This is me doing anything. Taking medication, trying to step back from the ledge.

I am in so much pain, a very dark place, shattered, devasted and I need help before I become hopeless. I live alone, in an unfamiliar state, and I have nobody. No family, no friends and nowhere to go.

I felt this was coming, so I started some medication several weeks ago. Without it, I don't think I would not be here right now. I'm willing to do almost anything to escape this pain.

This is me doing anything. Taking medication, trying to step back from the ledge. Somebody please tell me how to do this. If this keeps getting worse every morning, i don't know how much longer I can tolerate it.
