Nvipm

Anyone use nvipm? Today it told me under only full moon illumination I wouldn’t detect a 3.1m boat at all. Do we believe this? I was using a vis camera

Speos vs Fred

Have you guys ever used either? My last job used FRED for stray light analysis. New job wants to buy speos but I’ve never heard of it. I come from a defense contractor background.
