I went to Colaba causeway and to my surprise Cafe Mondegar was already opened. It was 3 weeks back that their license was suspended by the FDA.
Im not saying that it shouldn’t be opened but I’m wondering why have K Rustom and other places still closed?
I’m introverted and shy by nature. I find it really hard to make friends. However, when I see my colleagues, I kinda get scared by how skilled they are at networking and socializing. Like they have their own friends group and can speak to other people in an informal way getting the work done. They get all the information from their friends/colleagues without even asking. It’s sucks because when I manage to brave up and talk with someone, looking at how far better they are puts me down.
Also, whenever I talk people talk professionally and sometimes may not even entertain me… they will never get close or be glad to talk to me..
How do I bridge this gap? cause now I feel I have fallen so back in my socializing skill which will eventually affect my work performance…
For eg. Do we need to send email to manager or just resigning from the HR portal would do? Do I need to have a document saved before resigning? Also, what reason do I need to give if manager asks, since my main reason is due to mental exhaustion. If there are any other things as well, pls advise. Thanks
Normally, I'm not political drive by anything, however, I feel we must make our voices louder to save the remaining open spaces in Mumbai.
Honestly, with so many cafes opening that have comparatively better coffee and atmosphere, I honestly feel there is nothing that makes Starbucks stand out now. What is your opinion?
