Is there any issue with warranty if install seat covers aftermarket? And how much?

Pretty much title, Got offer from Payoneer India, need review wrt to culture, WLB, job security and perks

SF offer - X base, 39k RSU for 4 years, night shifts, awesome perks, relocation

Payoneer offer - X+5 base, no RSU, moderate perks, near home location

Salesforce is a big brand and working for it is a dream TBH
Payoneer is practically making sense but a lower brand and less known

Some more points-
Family and a kid will also be relocating if I choose SF
Overall CTC in SF > Payoneer - 6 lakhs
Semi Technical role in Customer facing US night shifts in SF
Brand vs Practicality
AI disruption
SF RSU vs Payoneer little higher base
Hyderabad vs Gurgaon

Hi All,

I joined B company which is a trust and will be here for 6 months and joining the C one which is non trust.

I haven’t done PF transfer yet and is planning to join the C company, and then do the PF transfers from both A company and B company to the C (new company), so please let me know what would be the best strategy to do?
