To all JPMC employees here, I recently applied in JPMC BGC site and was selected for the Account Specialist I role with a start date in August.
I am from Visayas and they only offered me a 4K increase from what I am currently earning even though I have almost 3 years of
BPO exp under HR. This has been disclosed during the initial interview and I was told by the recruiter that the offer is non-nego.
Should I pursue JPMC, considering that I'll have to relocate and the higher cost of living in Mnl?
