Help!

I can see time stamp on sent messages when I drag message from right to left but there’s no way I could find the date stamp on sent messages. I even tried to hold on the message longer but it just popped up forward, reply, delete options etc.

Note: this is happening only in market place sent messages. Because I could see date and time stamp on sent messages for regular conversations with people outside of market place.

Is this a bug with messenger app?

I checked several articles online. It shouldn't be that hard to find. Amazon did purposefully hide this option such a way that no one can contact. Amazon was trusted because of your service to contact with customer representative easily. I received a wrong item, I have 10 days return window - I started return from website and it was asking me to upload pics, I uploaded. A ticket has been generated and resolution would be there just 2 days before my return window ends! Till then I don't see "return has been started" in my order section and what if ticket is not resolved and ask something else and resolution time get extended after my return window?

Amazon mentioned in policy - 100% purchase protection; 24/7 customer support. Where is their support now when needed? I tried to find all possible options to contact you guys, tried to find "chat/call" option through website in laptop, via cell phone app. None of them is working. I trusted them for years because of their best support. Please help me to get any of these- consumer complaint email, customer contact number or chat option.

Hi everyone - so my provider has prescribed one medication and advised me to pick up from 'X' pharmacy but they sent out prescription to multiple pharmacies.

I thought that this medication is not covered and I'm paying full amount out-of-pocket at the time when I picked up from 'X' pharmacy but later I found out that this was fully covered by myUHC insurance but pharmacy 'X' was not able to claim because the claim for same medication has been processed by pharmacy 'Y'.

I reached out to my insurance and they advised me to ask pharmacy 'Y' to revert back their claim and I need to file a claim by myself. Since then there have been 2 weeks / 9 business days and I still don't see my claim appeared on the website yet. I called my insurance again and they said there’s no way they can see my claim because it is still open. So I don’t have any way to see the status. Can anyone help me how long does it take to appear a claim on website if filed by me?
