You can't break it on block or on whiff, only on hit, I guess it would be a little too cheap. You barely do any more damage if you combo from it too. Can't think of any interesting use for it.

I had to restore my PC recently, all my apps were uninstalled, so I reinstaled my drawing apps (Krita and Fire Alpaca) and drivers for my tablet (Gaomon S620). You can see in the first image that the tablet is clearly detecting the pressure of the pen, but the apps aren't (second image), this happens with all drawing apps mind you. Does anyone have any idea how to fix that?

I usually main grapplers in fighting games, but in SF4 Balrog is my main together with Zangief. Are there any characters in the Fatal Fury franchise that play similar to him? Medium ranged normals, safe specials, prefers to play reactively, etc...
