I inherited this watch a very long time ago, it still works and keeps good time.
I’m trying to find out anything I can about it.
I couldn’t find too many markings apart prom the one on the case which says something about Philadelphia I think and warranted ten years..
Any help would be great!
I only drink espresso but if I go to make someone a latte and steam the milk first, my V6 E burns the coffee and spits out the shot with ridiculous force.. it always has, since day one. Not sure if I’m doing something wrong, or if it is faulty?
The battery covers on my R60/5 must be replacements as they are completely chrome, without the stripes. I’m contemplating painting the stripes in, but have seen the stickers are available.. questions is would these have been stickers originally or paint?
The stickers seem hard to find in Europe and expensive so I’m open to suggestion.. The black electrical tape in my tool box is looking like a plausible option!!
Just finished replacing the crank position sensor on my V7ii.. when taking the tank off I managed to break the fuel breather pipe..( I think it’s the fuel breather)
It’s the black rubber push fit hose closest to the seat. The pipe split, and I’ve tired to trim it and heat it to fit it back on, but it’s not co-operating, and just keeps splitting. How important is this hose? Could I potentially just run a new vent hose to under the frame?
I’ve just noticed I’ve a problem with my exhaust gasket on my V7ii.. it’s leaking quite a bit, I’m wondering if it’s ok to ride it on a 3 hour trip,or could it cause big problems?
My R60/5 is not charging.. I’m hoping to fix it tomorrow, but if I’m not successful, how crazy would I be to take it on a road trip?
It has a new battery, (big motobatt), and I have access to a charger in the evenings.
I guess my question is how much is the battery used once the bike is running?
Headlight being on is my concern, but the days are long and bright.. so I don’t really need it..
I’m trying to get hold of two fuel bowl gaskets for my R60/5.
I’m based in Ireland, and seems the quickest I can get a pair delivered is 16 days.. I’m hoping someone might know where I can get them sooner..I’m planning to take the bike touring on the 10th
Does anyone know what tool I need to crimp the fork gaiter clips for a V7ii Stone?
I’m trying to find the name or part number of the little ‘wedges’ that keep the lever assemblies from moving/slipping on the handlebars of my R60/5?
