So apparently if you redeem rewards and then change your mind and request a refund on rewards you are SOL—for 24 hours. You can’t un-change your mind.

The manager doesn’t seem to care about it or you either. I get having the rule but I don’t get a manager being unable to override. I used to go weekly, but not anymore. I have a ridiculous amount of points but the service levels are just going way down. The bartenders are no longer the friendliest in town.

Every time I try and redeem points something happens where I can’t. I swear it is a scam.

The livestock farm is very bad at making animal feed. I have had animals die with a hundred plus oats on hand. Do the math for your animals and stock up on feed in fall. I am now adding 2 extra families to the animal farm in the fall (maybe 1 more in winter) to make sure enough animal feed is made.

Other thoughts on livestock:
Another peeve is if the animals die you get nothing. The butcher should harvest meat and hides.

I will also add that I think you should get more hides for a full cow like 4 hides for grown cow and two for a calf. Cows are way bigger than goats.

It is again very hard to get clothes without flax fields. Wool is difficult to get given the animal feed problem. I resorted to two tactics. First hoarding yarn before allowing tailor to make clothes. Second in multiple regions hoarding wool/yarn and then pack station transferring or local buying to a region of concentration. Then flooding region with clothes just before upgrading to level 3 or 4. Same with booze.

Is that a thing? It should be if it isn’t. You see a mess on floor and you send Roomba to a room or a spot and then control like a floor drone. Any other robots do this?

Also, how fun to chase dog around with one.

I find it ironic. The iPhone app TCL Home that the TV tells you to add can’t find the TCL Google TV. It will find an 8 year old Roku and thinks it is a Roku Ultra TV. The roku is in a rarely used guest room so useless. After about 3 years with TV I decided to see what TCL Home is about and bubkis.

Also, no garage door, no Appletv, not a single one of my 4 brands of lightbulbs, not the Roomba, not my Yamaha receiver, nor the Vizio TV.

What's up with not being able to make a payment at any Kaiser location. I have a final bill for a relative I need to pay and nobody would take my money. I hate to tell them, but the member is no longer paying any bills. The member relations desk said you can only make payments by phone or mail. This despite the fact that every single check in location and the pharmacy all have the equipment to take payments. I pay them all the time for my co-pay.

If I have a simple amount due then why can't the 50-100 desks at every single Kaiser just take a payment?

Am I wrong? Is there an in person location where I can make a payment? Did Member Services steer me wrong? Is there an office or a desk that I can go in person and discuss my bill?
