How do new players feel about DW3R?

I adore the remake. Captured so much good from the original with great QoL features. But I'm curious for those of you who never played 3. How are you enjoying the game? How do you like it compared to the other modern titles?

Joining with the Fold 8!

I've had several different foldables, but hilariously never had a z fold. I've had the OPO, vivo x fold 3, and briefly the Honor Magic V6 and Oppo Find N6. All those were great phones, but the form factor here is seriously magic. Wish the device was a bit cheaper but genuinely love this thing. Also it's incredible within about 30 minutes of using and setting up this device when I grabbed my OnePlus 15 I felt like I was seeing an optical illusion. The top half of the screen seemed 2x as long 😆. Love the pistachio color as well. I saw some say they couldn't tell apart from white very well but to me it's very distinct.

Copped this at microcenter today

Was a 6 hour round trip so that part wasn't great. But got the power spec g730 open box for $1700 with the 5070 ti and 7800x3d so a really good deal in this market. I had a pc with a 5080/9800x3d build briefly but spent too much so I returned it. I'm much happier with this. I will say the case isn't very nice looking but hey down the line I'll probably move it all over. And aesthetics are costly these days and I don't care quite enough for it haha. Also microcenter is straight up just kickass. Felt like a kid in the candy store in there. Made Best Buy seem like a convenience store.

In SF for 1 month on a work trial. Would love some advice!

Hey everyone. I will be flying in from Charleston, SC for 1 month (leaving this Sunday) for a great opportunity at a startup. They are covering all flying, my hotel for the first week, and all food expenses for the first week as well. I found nicely rated AirBnB in Berkeley that is about $1500 for 3 weeks and gets me to SF in quick enough time using BART. I will be making $2000 a week and I would like to pocket as much as I reasonably can while here.

I mostly wanted to just get some general advice on what to expect in terms of expenses if Im not really going out of my way to do any sightseeing or really doing anything special outside of work and relaxing in my free time. And of course if there is any one special thing you recommend doing while Im out here please lmk. I'm really looking to getting here! (although it blows my mind you have to wear layers in the summer lol)

UPDATE**
Someone brought up a great point about rent in my current home. I want to mention I luckily live with family so they are not having me pay rent this month since I will be away. So that is not an issue for me.

So I got the 5080 about a week ago and it's been great. I switched over to Cachyos because I'm a programmer and prefer a Linux environment over windows. I see there's an application called Lact where you can specify some undervolt values. But haven't seen any good examples of what a safe setup would be and don't want to play around with it without some idea here. If anyone has any experience with this I would love some advice. Thanks!
