Found a nice lot of Regular Wheels at an antique store.
I already had over 3/4 of thse but they're all in amazing shape. Paid $2 a car for them and have found a couple rare variations.

Not super rare cars but they're in decent shape and were only $10 each. Guy had some amazing cars (see last pic) but a lot are out of my price range currently.
It's dirty and discolored, but it's complete. I really got a feel for how inconsistent Samsonite bricks are while building this set.
Go this in a bulk lot from FB marketplace and it was about 75% complete. After a round of bricklink orders I was able to complete it for under $100.
P.S if anyone has this set and knows where the feather plumes go please let me know.
Not all of my BWs but its the lion's share of them. 1st is all HK base and the 2nd is Malaysia base except for the top 2 rows. Overflow and all my Hot ones in the background of the 3rd pic.
Guy said 483 and 493 were missing a couple small pieces, haven't built them yet but the big stuff seems to be there. Paid $300 for all of it, the town stuff was pretty much bonus. They're in various degrees of incomplete except some small ones like the police car and ambulance. Hoping I can source a lot of parts from my collection.
Small collection, but I only but them if I find em on the cheap.
Should I go with these plastic clamshells in Pic 1 and 2 or the little cubbies in Pic 3. I like the clamshells being clearer amd I can stack them 8 high but they're not connected and loose stacking redlines makes me kinda nervous. The others interlock and I can actually open them to get a car from the middle if I wanted, but idk how much I like the backs being white and I can only stack them 7 high. Which do you think looks nicer?
Including both 1 window and 2 window versions of the spoiler Sport and a couple extra Hot Birds.
I'm always looking for weird and obscure brands to add to the collection and this one definitely fits the bill. Tomte apparently had a decent sized line of cars back in the 70s but information has been kinda scarce. This seems to be a pretty hard to find and desirable car, had no idea when I bought it though. Its around 1:48 scale. Initially I thought it was a made of soft plastic but its closer to rubber or vinyl.
Don't really collect 1:43 scale but was able to get these at what seemed like a really good price. This is my first Brumm so its always nice to add a new brand to the collection.
Blister on the Malibu is cracked, but the card is in decent shape and I love when things have the original price sticker. The Forebird being unpunched is a nice bonus.
This was a dollar bin find at a flea market.
