I've been running a home improvement lead gen campaign with instant form high intent for 5 days now. CBO setup, $44/day, 1 ad set with 4 creatives — 1 image, 2 videos, and 1 carousel. Here's what happened day by day:

• Day 1 (Sat): Image ad was the only one that delivered — the other 3 were stuck on "Preparing" all day. Image took all spend, got 2 leads at $22 CPL. Both booked, one no-showed, one showed up serious.
• Day 2 (Sun): All ads went active. Meta started favouring one video ad because it was getting likes and gave the image ad only $6 spend. Still got 2 good leads from the video ad.
• Day 3 (Mon): Meta stopped spending on everything except the video. I turned off the carousel and weaker video, left the image and stronger video. Video took all spend → 0 leads, CPL hit $45.
• Day 4 (Tue): Left both running. Image got $0 spend again, video took everything. Got 1 lead — outside service area. Got another early Wednesday but they're completely unresponsive.
• Day 5 (Wed): Turned off the video and let all spend go to the image ad. CPM shot up and I got 0 leads.

The image ad has barely had a chance to spend since Day 1 yet it proved itself early. The video got most of the spend and delivered inconsistently.

1. Should I kill this campaign and start fresh?
2. Should I separate the image and video into their own ad sets so Meta can't starve one if so with $22 a day for each adset isnt it small?
3. Should I increase the budget to give Meta more to work with?
4. How do I stop Meta from tunnel-visioning on one creative and ignoring the rest?
5. If through metrics one ad is doing better but fb is favouring the other because of engagement what do i do
