is this an okay tank?
i plan on getting wood but i was wondering if this is okay compared to my last one i posted, i have cuttlebone in here, 3-4inches of substrate, leafs and some moss. i also have one damp side and one dry side, i made sure not to over crowd the small enclosure so i only put 3-4 isopods in here, though I'm afraid they will mate 😭
"the ED is all in your head, it's not that hard to recover" MA'AM THE FACT THAT IT'S IN MY HEAD IS THE PROBLEM
if it was a non mental issue and came from the nearest Walmart, then i would've been recovered✌️😭
dude gets mad i didn't give him time compliment he was fishing for ✌️😭
he randomly added me on snap so i told him I'm 14 and he said he's 32😭
mold growth on avocado seed? :(
i left it in my warm cabinet for a few weeks wrapped with moist papertowel inside ziploc and its not looking too good, is it done for? :(
omfg I'm never painting a birdhouse again😭😭😭
I'm so sorry kurt😭😭
was playing with isopods in my backyard and got attatched, can i keep?
my mom bought me a small tank and i never used it till now, i have never been an isopod owner before and was wondering if this set up is okay, i found like 7 and they are chilling in here. if this isnt an okay habitat I'm willing to let them back outside or change the habitat if needed.
also when i was looking at the pods i found a baby milipede come to surface and a snail on one of the rocks, can they stay or should i let them out? also i do plan on going outside in the morning and finding leaf litter and maybe some dead wood, along with a few more rocks.
the dirt is a little too compact so should i ask my mom to get me top soil from home depot?
this is my first time dawg bear with me (bird house) 😭💔
nirvana bird house yesh yesh, should i do in utero or insecticide for the other side?
The time Nirvana played More Than a Feeling, and butchered teen spirit.
was trying to see if kurt also had calloused fingertips so wouldn't feel bad about mine, and came across this bullshit 😭😭
they pop up around my house and only move when I touch them they don't really react to the light on the ceiling or try flying to it. but they stay on a wall or random spot for a few days and then end up moving later on
i'll post more this week, I don't wanna spam 💔✌️
i recently got a guitar and easily learned the riff to "come as you are" by nirvana since it was only using 2 strings (didnt learn the rest yet) and thought this guitar stuff would be very easy for me, WRONG. yesterday i picked up my guitar and looked for tutorial on how to play "about a girl" from nirvana's bleach album and the song is mainly just 2 chords, Em and G.
so i thought this should be easy, well no it wasnt. because due to my lack of experience it was hard smoothly switching between those two chords without pausing mid strumming, not only that but i would unintentionally mute a string or my finger would pivet to the metal line that seperates the frets and make this weird ass spring sound. not only does it piss me off but it throws my motivation out the window 💀😭
i try to watch a few tutorials but its hard to follow along when they bring out all types of techniques i never even seen before, not to mention they would just start playing the full song midway and go "just like that" fym just like that?? im still trying to position my fingers ✌️😭
does anyone know any exercises that teach you how to smoothly switch between chords or is it just muscle memory and comes with practicing?
update: getting better at switching chords. Just gotta space my fingers out more to stop muting strings, ty to the people that gave me tips and breakdowns
also yes she lost weight. these are her before pictures lol
I was in my kitchen but when I looked on the floor I saw an isopod when I picked it up it was moving quite a bit only odd thing is when it got on my fingers it like stood up on it's back legs sort of. I don't even know much about isopods so maybe it's not normal
I have no clue but anyways when I put it on my counter I noticed it was like moving very slow sort of limping or dragging its own body weight and curling up slightly mid way. I'm confused, is it in its last stages of life because it looked pretty young not very small. so since I don't have any terrariums I put it in a cup for now with a moist paper towel and a piece of lettuce until it stops raining outside so that I can put it out there and let nature run its course. but I'm still worried for it
