Silver City Masonville (Metal railings in front of every row of seats?)

I took my daughter to Toy Story 5 a few days ago at Silver City Masonville and there were these tall metal railings in front of every row of seats. I had bought the D-Box seats and it was the same case there.

Me a fully grown adult could not recline the seat in the slightest or the metal bar would block the view of the screen. I then crouched down in front of my young daughters seat to see what I could see from here eye level and it was literally the metal bar straight across the middle of the screen.

I had her sit on my lap and I propped her up for an hour and 45 minutes so she could watch the movie properly.

When were these bars installed?

Can I notch floor joists at the bottom to run 3/4 inch plumbing?

I have an unfinished basement and I'm looking to run so copper pipe to a specific spot to an exterior wall.

Yes, I know I could just pull PEX through the joists but flow rate is important so I need to use copper.

Can I notch the underside of floor joists to run this pipe?

Thanks

PSI in relation to sprinkler heads per zone.

Very new to the world of irrigation but have been doing some experimentation (above ground for now) in my back yard.

I'm on city feed. Reading 82 - 85 PSI at my hose spigot.

Here is my question. When I create a zone of sprinkler heads and using the info sheet on the head if for example the head says (requires 20 PSI for this range) does that mean that I will max out at 4 heads in the zone (4x 20PSI) or do I need to think differently here?

My 14900k died spectacularly but Intels RMA process was surprisingly simple and fast!

Not another one of these posts but I figured I'd share my experience.

Ran a 14900k for 18 months straight. It was stable running an XMP profile and performed solidly.

3 months ago I noticed my workstation would occasionally reboot over night but I didn't think much of it. I always just thought... Ahh maybe a forced Windows update.

1 month ago it BSOD'd for the first time with me actually at it. "SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION". Then it started to occur a little more often but nothing had really triggered it, just random. Shortly before this I had made a new partition on my primary OS drive so I figured that may have some how caused an OS file corruption.

2 weeks ago I caught the system in a reboot loop over night. I noticed my monitors cycling on and off so I investigated. Power the system down and thought ok on my next available free day I'm going to do a format reinstall.

This weekend I did a format reinstall but the system was struggling to make it through. It actually crashed a few times on the new install. It took a few attempts to get a clean install without a crash.

Ran the IPDT on the clean install and it failed at Floating Point consistently. Tried over and over and it started to fail at Prime.

Started an RMA process with intel yesterday online. Sent them this info. RMA was approved for a cross ship and the replacement was sent Today expecting it either tomorrow or Thursday. As much as this sucked the RMA was painless.

I will add I took every single precaution from day 1. BIOS updates, Microcode updates everything and its still cooked.

Can I run 1/2 pipe if I'm just putting one head on those zones? (Rain Bird LG-3)

I have a big back yard and come up with a plan to cover it with impact sprinklers. I don't think I could efficiently run multiple of the Rain Bird LG-3 on single lines so my question is can I just create multiple zone and run single 1/2 inch pipe to each individual head?

Best socket head cap screw types for outdoor use?

I'm building a custom privacy wall out of aluminum that is going to require some socket head cap screws for the assembly. What is my best bet for a SHCS that is going to be able to handle the elements without rusting out immediately?

Thanks :)

My Keychron V1 Max suffers from double key presses constantly!

I have had my Keychron V1 Max for just a little over a year now. In that time I have replaced and swapped switches, cleaned the keyboard properly and so on. NOTHING solves the double keypress issues. It always comes back.

I don't know how many switches I've swapped or replaced at this point but it must be close to half. How can I remedy this situation?

In all the years I've been building PCs and using keyboard (25+ at this point) I have never had such a bad experience with a keyboard until now.

I've got a basic, large residential backyard. I have a trades / engineering background so I'm not afraid of the install process.

My main questions would be in regards of the plumbing at the home. Back flow preventors, ETC.

Secondly mapping out the system and zoning it properly. Any help would be very much appreciated.
