squat form check

I would just like to get some feedback about my form. I'm lifting 132 lbs here and this is the heaviest i can lift right now for my working set/ weight.

squat check please

Hello! I would like to get my form checked on the barbell squat and the squat on the smith machine. (Though i will mostly only do the barbell squat, i had to try the smith machine because of a friend)

In both videos, i was lifting around 120-125 lbs. I had to reshoot the first video so my form was getting bad already i think so i apologize for that lol (and it was my first ever time doing 120 lbs)

I was arguing with a friend whether my form is wrong on the smith machine since he was teaching me a form where he would only go down until he forms a 90 degree angle with his legs (if that makes sense) while I prefer to go ATG since it feels better for my knees and pushing the weight back up.

Thanks!

Struggling with bench as a beginner

Hello! I've been running the PPL for several weeks now and I have been exercising i'd say moderately and inconsistently at times (due to bjj and school).

Im 70 kg and i always had a hard time benching. Most of my other main lifts have been going up (deadlift- 155 lbs) (squats- 120 lbs) but i struggle to even lift 120 lbs with the bench which is frustrating. I am gaining muscle fairly well but i progress very slowly with the bench.

I just wanted to ask if I need to increase my frequency for benching and if yes, can I insert some of it with my pull or leg day?

Thanks!

Palworld or no mans sky?

I am looking for a sandbox game that i can enjoy for a long time. I am really picky when it comes to games and I want one that is fairly optimised so I also wanted to ask which game might be more intense for a pc to run.

I am liking the look of palworld and how the map is beautiful. of course that includes the pals too seeming interesting. On the other hand, no mans sky seems fantastic with how much i can customise my character, ship, and more.

Need help identifying the weight of this bar

I recently got my hands on this barbell, but it doesn’t have any weight markings or brand indicators on it. I don't have a reliable scale so I’m hoping someone can help me estimate the weight based on its look, thank you!

(I’ve included a 10kg plate and a 5kg plate per side to it in the picture)
