Because I pay attention to our dishwasher! Apparently the reason for the insanity of the suds, most our dishwashers use the pots and pans suds in order to decrease the grease and grime. Yet if they don't wash it out completely, this happens! Gotta use something else y'all! If you don't, this will always happen!

I've been here 3 years now and seen every 6 months, layoff and terminations! What is with these companies trying to turn our huge ass organizations into skeleton crews or basically to? They've fired great people even those who never broke the rules? There literally is no future with a company even those that makes billions of dollars every freaking year! I have not climbed the ranks in here but I am glad I am union! Most of those they got rid of were from partnered companies and not those of this company.
Those from the actual company they got rid of were breaking rules, too many breaks and the like. Of course those during probation period which this company is 4 months instead of your average 3. Head management even have been let go!
Looking like as long as you're not CEO of this company, you are dispensable. I know people that are in their 50s that's been here since they were a teenager! It's not right! We all work hard and some work harder than others! Man. Some people when they do their "own jobs," when they find "nothing to do," they sit around and talk instead of find S to do!

So no one wanted to take everything out of course lol. But we stopped the machine and went to work trying to find what's wrong. Could not see what was in between the belts or nothing. Got my manager. He told me to get everything out. Alright I say. So my coworker and I do everything for that. Before my shift was over he finally gets it to start! Machine ran belt was not moving 😂

Oh well, x2 boost I have nothing else to lose since at for now, it has nowhere else but to go up! $200 more in I'm at x6 boost! Probably gonna be 50 cents a day at that point!
