2006: Did it feel closer to 2004 or 2008?

Given the fact that 2006 is often viewed as the pivotal bridge between the mid‑2000s and late‑2000s culture and considering the cultural, technological and social shifts underway at the time, do you think 2006 feels more closer with the transformative remaining somewhat early to mid 2000s cultural break of 2004 or the fully or the emerging late‑2000s world taking shape by 2008?

Are you older or younger than Facebook (February 4th, 2004) and YouTube (February 14, 2005)?

For me it goes: Facebook older by exactly one day, and YouTube older by a year and 11 days.

Was 1989 more similar to 1984 or 1994

I know I already made a post on whether this year was more similar to the years 10 years apart, but now I’m curious about the five year comparison since that's more of a well defined range than my previous question.

I wasn’t alive then, I’m just curious since this year was a bridge year towards the end of the 80’s.

What do you guys think? Was 1989 more similar to 1979 or 1999?

Does anyone remember watching this movie when it came out in theaters or DVD?

It's an underrated childhood classic of mine. What about you?

What do you think the ratings of all five Toy Story movies would be if the audience catered to sentient toys instead of people?

If toys were the audience. the emotional violence, existential dread, and depictions of toy suffering would feel far more intense than they do to humans. Because of this, I am thinking that all of them would be at least PG-13 with maybe 1 and 3 being R.

Poll: Your Favorite WDW Park?

I know this topic has been discussed a lot, but I wanted to switch things up with a poll. I’ve been traveling to WDW every year since 2009 and each time I visit, it’s always a toss up between Epcot and MK bouncing back and forth. I’ve always enjoyed the new rides at Magic Kingdom when I was little, but then as I aged more, my passion for Epcot has taken over.
I’ve seen plenty of posts about the order, but I have never seen anyone actually run a poll on it.

Do you believe that Mufasa’s fall killed or injured one of the wildebeest?

The scene shows him dropping straight into the herd after Scar betrays him, yet none of the wildebeest appear to be hit or injured after the stampede leaves.
What do you think happened afterwards?
