Huh never knew that she was a Sailor Moon fan.
When it comes to an abridged dub of Sailor Moon we mostly think of Sailor Moon Toonami Abridged by TeamFourStar.
But there is another abridged dub of Sailor Moon which was created long back in 2010(ish)by Megami33 and it was of the DiC dub.
What do you guys think of Megami33's abridged dub of Sailor Moon? One thing I like about the dub is Rei's voice it sounds.... demonic.
The DiC dub dialogue never gets old.
This a scene from the Cloverway dub of Ep 106 of Sailor Moon S. In this scene Haruka says "Riddle me this Batman" and later on, Michiru said: "There's more to me than meets the eye" which is a reference to Transformers.
Huh, didn't know Haruka and Michiru were ladies of culture.
Now I'm not a French speaker or a guy from France to be precise, but what do you guys think of the French dub of the OG series?
From what I learnt, the French dub was abridged because to avoid receiving complaints from parental organizations, the dubbing guys added some catchy dialogue and jokes, yet it still got complaints because of how violent it was.
When I first watched a clip from the Dub, I had to watch it in subtitles since I don't understand French that much. I found it very awkward.
What are your opinions on it?
For context, this is from Episode 26 of the DiC dub in which Usagi offers Rei some Mochi, which she calls 'cupcakes'....its like the infamous time, Brock in Pokemon called those Rice Balls as Jelly Doughnuts.
As much as I like the DiC dub for its soundtrack, humor, VAs and gags....I think the localization got a bit too out of hand lol...

She started uploading in June-July 2021 and the last she uploaded was in September 2024. Since then she has been on a long time hiatus.

So what happened to her anyways? Did she quit? Is she on a very long break or did she get taken down by Toei just like Sailor Moon Says?
IMO, I think that a suitable song that fits the setting of Hokuto No Ken is "Push it the Limit" by Engemann from Scarface. What do you think is an 80s song that fits the setting of Hokuto No Ken?
What I don't get about Heart is that despite him being very strong and big, he is super sensitive to blood being drawn from his body even if it's a minor cut.
Why is Heart so sensitive when it comes to bleeding?
