I just caught up on Top Chef and 24 in 24 (I know, a different network) - but this last week, I’ve seen two chefs taste something and put the spoon/utensil right back in the food/pot.
If it’s happening on camera in a competition show, how often must this be happening in real life?
Have you ever noticed this - does it happen way more often than I think?
I was searching through Andrea’s albums and came across a few Chanel bags I hadn’t seen before and think both could be great for a resort vacation (going to the pool, beach, strolling around town daytime) - but I can’t pick and not reasonable to have both.
Which would you choose?
I have absolute zero need for this GG bag. But this minty, sparkly goodness is just begging to be taken to a wedding or an even out at a resort. I’ll find a reason. Maybe a destination vacation based on all the “savings” from getting this as a rep vs auth, 😘😜

Where would you carry this beauty?
So I was talking to Louis about some of the newer Chanel pieces, and he along with fellow mod Mouse told me that Kata factory is dipping their toe into the Chanel realm. I’ve been pleased with other pieces I’ve gotten from Kata, in terms of quality of the leathers and construction. And chatting with Louis made me want to give it a shot.
For the price point, these PSPs look VERY promising. It’s always hard to tell until they are in hand, so I’ll report back when I get them in person, but check these out! Again, from Kata factory and each style was $217, excluding shipping.
Louis is a new to me seller, and this is my first experience with him. He is extremely communicative and thoughtful. I find him to be quite knowledgeable and I’ve enjoyed my experience with him so far.

I was taking a picture to show a friend, and thought I might as well share here also.
I’ve only dabbled in rep jewelry, but I really like the value of what I’ve gotten so far - but these are my fave pieces.
The ring is more dupe vs rep, since it doesn’t have branding, but it’s closely related to that store with the blue box 😘. I wear this every day and it’s my absolute favorite. It catches the light well, but it’s not over the top or ostentatious - especially considering how many “stones” it has. This one was from Lingke jewelry’s.
These earrings are so worth it to me. I was traveling in Europe last summer and I got it in my head that I was going to splurge on a Bvlg@ri piece - a ring, earrings, or a bracelet. I was doing my research and fell in love with the b.zero line. But at the end of the day, I couldn’t pull the trigger because I couldn’t justify the cost for something I wouldn’t be getting daily use out of. Enter Justin Luxury. I sent him some photos and he was able to find so many items for me that I love. But these earrings are my favorite. They’re low key, but feel interesting and special. More elevated than basic hoops, and a change of pace from classic diamond studs.
What rep jewelry do you love?

Anyways, for those who may not know, Ruby & Mille is a brand found at Marshall’s and they are basically dupe machines. They have progressively gotten more and more shameless - font, packaging, I mean they walk right on up to that line, don’t they!!!
This is their dupe of the OH lip peptide treatment, side by side.
My thoughts:
OH is thinner in texture, a little more shimmery
R&M is thicker and aside from being a bit less shimmery, the color is slightly darker and more warm.
The dupe is duping. Hard. And is like 25% of the cost of the OH (at full price).
Use this info as you please!!!
Not sure they could dupe any harder!!!
In all reality - the Ole is a little smoother and lighter in texture; R&M is thicker.
Ole is more shimmery, and the color tone of the R&M is darker when applied.
Take that info and do what you will with it!
I’ve known of Veronique Gabai for many years from her self named perfume line, which is quite luxe and beautiful and high quality.
I’m interested to see what she can do in this role at BBW.
I love cobbling together a great deal and this one was fun - I feel like I’m quasi robbing Lane Bryant like this.
I really like their hipster panties, and it was time for a bit of a refresh as I e recently changed sizes, so I took advantage of their doorbuster deal today (10 for $37.50), and used rewards dollars to cover most of the cost.
I’m getting 20 pairs of panties for $5 out of pocket (yes I know I only get the rewards dollars from spending money, but still…) - this is an absolute steal!
A good friend and I both love makeup and skincare, and one night I concocted this idea for her to pick out a bunch of things for me - and essentially I would receive a “blind box” of items, curated/selected for me by my friend! I gave her a budget to work with and a few guardrails, and let her loose! She knows me pretty well, and she sent me a couple vague questions as she was “shopping”, but I was 100% in the dark about what I was going to receive.
She absolutely nailed it! It was so fun to open up this box to a mix of skincare and beauty. There were brands I’d never seen before, brands I knew of but never tried before, and only a a couple items I’ve tried before (but loved!).
Overall, this was so fun! I’d totally do it again.
