My girlfriend has a weird habit of saying tumhri g maar lungi , and I didn't like it at all bhout baar mana bhi Kiya still maani nhi and in a argument I also said ungli krti ho phir kehti ho g maar Li 😭 and I said it very sarcastically, she thinks I disrespected her

Yesterday was my birthday and no one in my house was excited about it 😭he baked a cake for me and celebrated my birthday 😭, even after he was having soo many problems in his house , when he was at the edge of losing his own house .We had a worst of fights in last 2 months where most of the couple's would breakup but he didn't gave up on me , he still wants to be with me after all . I didn't liked only the fact that he swears to the situation in the fight and mene itni overthinking Krli ki muje abuse , disrespect kiya hai 😭 and all but he didn't ,infact he got used to swearing because I used to it a lot ,I forgive him because what I did is much bigger thing and no one will be with me after that.he tolerated my immature bullshit from neet to his family issues.he still gave me reassurance when he needs it the most 😭I just want to feel love again but I'm so numb rn, what should I do guyys ?
Context
I was angry with him before neet 10 days of neet exam because he forgots to ask me about my periods 😭and I was like tumse itna nhi hota nd all and mein iss cheez ko leke 20 din naraz hogyi thi ussi beech his family problems were going on uske chacha aake uske ghar par kabza krne ka plan bana rhe the and even planning to filed a police complaint against him and his mother , I was fighting with him
Then we had a long argument he told me nhi baat krni bc
Which he said to the situation and I took it to myself , my friends manipulated me to the point I thought he is abusive boyfriend 🙂he abused me . Ik mene bhout chhoti si baat ka bhout bada batanagdh bana diya tha
I blocked him from everywhere and he was continuously messaged me throughout gmails ki usne mujhe kabhi abuse nhi kiya Krna hota toh direct bolta and all
Then mera birthday tha aaj toh 12 baje he baked a cake and he wished me 😭
he reacted like that we were fighting before neet exam and he told me that' all this is affecting his mental health and he might lose his control.all this gone for 20 days, then his father house was sealed because of some disputes and then he got hospitalized and I was fighting with him, he never said like this on calls or in irl .

I think my relationship is not good as others relationship , my boyfriend do everything that a normal boyfriend would do but more than that but he is being very harsh and rude towards me during fights since 2 months
and now I'm comparing him with other boyfriends that he don't respect me, he used cuss words infront of me during fight to the situation, he is giving me clarification that he don't said to me but to the situation. He told me he was already in worst situation and I wasn't understanding him to toh uski baat sunu toh he acted like that, only happened in chats but never in irl.
