I’m feeling full like after a eat. Even when I drink water I feel full. I don’t wake up hungry anymore. I even sleep peacefully if I had a light dinner before I could never get to bed on time
Been on 2.5 mg for 4 weeks. Started 5mg this week. No side effects little headache but no sickness like 2.5 mg omg.

Tbh I only started smoking 3 months ago. I thought to myself I need to stop drinking so I will smoke instead to keep me sober
It’s been working now I’m so scared to quit. I want to quit for my health reasons mainly. I go gym eat clean but I think to myself what’s the point of all that if I’m still smoking vape every minute of the day.
I don’t want to age I’m 28. For me vape doesn’t give me anxiety tbh I know how to manage my anxiety levels but it’s the habit of it

Hi everyone I’m on my 4th dose this week. I don’t feel any more side effects and I’m acc feeling hungry. Is it time to move up a dose or should I keep taking 2.5mg. I had 3 big meals today -\_-
I had a interview 4 rounds then the talent acquisition person called me I thought it would be a offer or rejection however he said we are still interviewing other people and will let me know by the end of the week.
I told him I have another final stage to create some urgency.
Surely if they liked me they would just say yes ..no?
I don’t know if I can tolerate 5mg after the dark episode of side effects I’ve been through. It made me cry. I couldn’t eat, I feel dizzy so confused too.

I’m looking for some advice from people who have been on Mounjaro longer than me.
I started Mounjaro on 2.5mg and I currently have one more dose left. However, I already bought my 5mg pen and now I’m feeling really unsure whether I should move up.
My experience so far:
Week 1 on 2.5mg:
Barely had any side effects
I felt okay and was surprised how easy it was
My appetite was reduced but manageable
Week 2 on 2.5mg:
I started feeling more of the effects
I became quite nauseous/sick and my appetite dropped a lot I didn’t eat for 2 days. I felt so emotional was crying too
Week 3 on 2.5mg super sick tired brain fog for but not as bad as second week. I lost 3kg:D
I struggled with not wanting food and started worrying about whether I’m eating enough protein and losing muscle
Now I’m nervous about moving up to 5mg because I’ve heard the side effects can feel stronger after increasing the dose.
I already have the 5mg pen, so I don’t want it to go to waste, but I also don’t want to push myself if my body isn’t ready.
For people who moved from 2.5mg to 5mg:
Did the sickness come back when you increased?
Did your body eventually adjust?
Would you recommend staying on 2.5mg longer if you were already feeling side effects?

First injection was in my thigh -no side effects at all. Second one I did in my lower belly instead, and I felt rough for about 4 days (dizzy, no appetite at all just fruit and water, hungover feeling,tired because I couldn’t eat ). It’s now fading on day 4/5 and appetite is coming back and I’m feeling better. I also found I took sickness tablet everyday with it which helped a bit
Next injection is in 3 days. I’ve got 2 doses left on my current 2.5mg pen, and I was offered a deal with 2.5mg and 5mg. Has anyone else noticed side effects easing up round after round? And would you push to 5mg now or stay at 2.5mg a bit longer given how this last round went?
