They are on my fence

Found these on my gate. Are they raccoon? Cat? Something else? I have quails in a coop in my backyard and I'm wondering if I should be worried

Can they scale walls like that?

I live in Canada and winters can get as low as 50°C but I think Ill bring them into the garage when it gets colder if I cant figure it out.

Also this isn't the permanent location for the coop. I have to predator proof the ground where it is going. It will be along the fence. Plus I am planning to cover 2 or 3 sides of the coop because it gets windy where I live.

I have a couple baby ranchus in a 20 gallon for a few months now but I would like to upgrade them. What are your thoughts on setting up a stock tank indoors for them. (It will be in the basement)

Is it safe? (Leak wise)

What else do I need?

Best filtration?

Lighting?

Can I use play sand for them?

Best plants to keep with goldfish?
