Let's say you find a car for 80k. You start by using the first 10-20 phones/accounts to send a really, really low offer, like 40k (each offer has to be slightly different to not spook/raise flags on behalf of the seller). The next 10 phones will offer around 50k, seller will most likely be mad that no one wants it for his very good price. Once you reach the 30 phone/account mark, the seller will most likely start contemplating that his price is bad, even if its a very fair price. Then, with the last 20 phones gradually start working your way up from 55k to 70. 80% of the time you will be able to buy the car much much cheaper. Send the messages over the period of 4-5 days.
