Hi! I'm the grandson of the landowner. My grandmother has already passed away, but my father and my uncle are the rightful heirs.

However, my aunts (the children of my grandmother's siblings) attempted to sell the property they're currently living on, didn't work. Now, they're trying to rent it out to other people.

Construction was about to begin, but fortunately, we noticed it in time, so everything has been put on hold for now.

What legal actions should we take?

At the moment, we've already raised the issue with the barangay. What should the proper process be from here?

As the title says, google only shows normal cafe but not designated working spaces na I can rent a cubicle or a table.

As the title says. Graduation ng girlfriend ko (12pm - 5pm) and hindi naman ako makakapasok sa loob. Mahihirapan ako byumahe ng tanghali so balak ko nalang mag 9-5 sa starbucks, mag buy naman ako ng drinks lunch tas merienda. Okay lang ba?

Problem/Goal: Maparenovate itong buong bahay.

Context: Mula noon, nung bata pa lang ako may anay na ang bahay namin. Nawala naman to, pero today, biglang maraming lumabas, na gumagapang, mga anay. May gamo-gamo rin. Ngayong may trabaho na ko, gusto ko malaman kung magkano dapat kong ipunin para maparenovate itong buong bahay. 28 sqm lang naman kami.

Naalala ko noon, bata pa lang kami sobrang stress na sa gamo-gamo, tuwing paparating yung may palaging maraming gamo-gamo, pinapatay namin lahat ng ilaw, pinapatay namin yung gamo-gamo. Ayoko na sana dumaan ulit sa ganto, sobrang hirap na kada gabi kailangang ganito.
