When I cut, I allocate a specific time, have everything in easy reach to neutralise the wound, make sure I've just showered, do it in the most docile environment possible, don't do it when I'm feeling my lowest (which makes it worse for me when I'm at my lowest cus I feel I've wasted the opportunity), and try to be as surgical as possible. I'm not saying I'm special or anything but I'd like to just see if anyone relates
