Is manifestation in your opinion dependent on reading Neville Goddard’s books?
The truth is, I’ve known about manifestation for quite some time, and despite all the trial and error especially since I started with the 369 method and 55×5, then moved on to subliminals, and then scripting surprisingly, scripting was the method that worked best for me. That eventually led me to Neville Goddard, because when I was scripting, I would write as if it had already happened. I would write about how grateful and happy I was, immerse myself in the feeling, and include very specific details.
Later, I realized that writing something as if it had already happened is basically what Neville talks about. You guys always talk about this, and it made me realize why subliminals, for example, didn’t work as well for me because they felt more like wanting something to happen in the future rather than assuming that it already was mine.
However, I still find it difficult to fully understand some of the ideas you guys discuss about Neville. I know I haven’t gone into the details as deeply as some of you have, and most of what I know is pretty surface level, even though it has still benefited me.
So, in your opinion, is there something different or deeper that we’re missing as people who are just getting into manifestation something we won’t really understand without reading Neville’s books? Is understanding the feeling of being fulfilled enough to grasp what Neville was trying to teach us, or are there other things that beginners should dive deeper into?
I saw an old post where someone asked how to get started with manifestation, and everyone recommended reading Neville’s books. That made me wonder are the tools I use, like scripting, visualization, and robotic affirmations, actually enough? Or am I missing something that people who have immersed themselves in Neville’s work and read his books already understand?
Or is this search for the perfect method something that never really ends, and is having a basic understanding of the principles Neville built his teachings around already enough?
