Day 33

Hello Fellow fruiterians, I have been on the diet since a month now. I’m eating only Banana and grapes because apparently rest all fruits somehow cause mucus. I feel very demotivated since last 2 days because I am losing a lot of weight and I used be muscular before and now I look like a patient. I am weak. I want some support from you to help me get through this phase. Also, I am craving for some masala and salt and spices. I have been vegetarian since a year but now I even crave for meat. Although I don’t want to, but help me before I relapse.
A few questions also:
How do I get muscles back?
How long usually to keep my weight stable?
How do I get my energy back?
What are the long term benefits like a year ?

Became sensitive

I gave up meat a year ago. I slowly became vegan without my conscience. I just naturally didn’t feel like eating any animal products. Slowly I started to know about the cruelty in dairy farms. But As I noticed, I became very soft hearted and sensitive. I used be very rugged and my face would always look angry and people were scared to make fun of me and I wouldn’t be scared to do anything . But now I became very sensitive unknowingly I can’t hurt people even sometimes when they hurt me or generally people. My dad is a political leader in my area. He always stands on side of good regardless of parties which made him lot of enemies from both sides. So I now feel fear sometimes, like I cant go and hit them or scold them. Also There’s no use going legally. Money and power always overtakes good/dharma. Help me please

Hello friends, I want to know what are the mental benefits of dry fasting for longer periods such as more than 5 days. What are the spiritual benefits? I have tried 2 day dry fasting during a vipassana retreat. It helped me concentrate better. What’s your experiences and benefits?
