Ingredients:
Blueberries
2 chicken eggs
Vanilla
1 jar of matsoni (Georgian yogurt)
Baking soda
4 tbsp milk
A little banana puree pouch (for sweetness)
Wheat flour
2 tbsp oil
Instructions:
Whisk the eggs, add the vanilla, banana puree, and milk. Mix well, then add the matsoni mixed with baking soda, the oil, and finally the wheat flour and blueberries (the batter should be neither too thin nor too thick).
Heat a frying pan, add oil, and fry on low heat with the lid on, on both sides, until golden. 🫐🥞💙
Let's sauté onion, carrot, and bell pepper in olive oil or butter (I used butter), add water, and toss in sweet potato (batata) and pre-cooked beef (chicken works too). Once everything is cooked through, add zucchini, 2-3 tablespoons of couscous, and parsley or dill. Simmer until fully cooked
Instructions:
Grate all the vegetables.
Add salt and the egg, mix well.
Gradually add flour little by little until the mixture holds together and is ready for frying.
Heat a pan, add oil, and fry on low heat with the lid on from both sides until golden.

Hello everyone! 👋 I'm here with a super simple and incredibly tasty breakfast idea. Here is how I made these spinach pancakes:
1 egg
1 large piece of grated cheese (or 2 medium ones)
2 stalks of green onion, finely chopped
Steamed spinach (I used frozen and grated it)
A pinch of salt
1 tbsp of Greek yogurt OR 20-30 ml of milk
A pinch of baking soda
Enough flour to make a batter slightly thicker than sour cream consistency
Cook in a pan (with or without oil) on both sides until golden. It's delicious!
Made a batch of healthy, homemade sausages today, and they were a huge success! Perfect finger food shape and so much better than store-bought ones since I control all the ingredients.

These are super easy to make, and my little one absolutely loves them. They are completely sugar-free, relying just on the banana for natural sweetness, and the shape is perfect for little hands to hold and practice feeding themselves.
