Today’s dinner

Let's sauté onion, carrot, and bell pepper in olive oil or butter (I used butter), add water, and toss in sweet potato (batata) and pre-cooked beef (chicken works too). Once everything is cooked through, add zucchini, 2-3 tablespoons of couscous, and parsley or dill. Simmer until fully cooked

Easy and Delicious Spinach Pancake Breakfast 💚

Hello everyone! 👋 I'm here with a super simple and incredibly tasty breakfast idea. Here is how I made these spinach pancakes:
1 egg
1 large piece of grated cheese (or 2 medium ones)
2 stalks of green onion, finely chopped
Steamed spinach (I used frozen and grated it)
A pinch of salt
1 tbsp of Greek yogurt OR 20-30 ml of milk
A pinch of baking soda
Enough flour to make a batter slightly thicker than sour cream consistency
Cook in a pan (with or without oil) on both sides until golden. It's delicious!

3-Ingredient Banana & Oatmeal Cookies for my 14-month-old! 🍌🥣🥚

These are super easy to make, and my little one absolutely loves them. They are completely sugar-free, relying just on the banana for natural sweetness, and the shape is perfect for little hands to hold and practice feeding themselves.
