What happened?
170 speed and tons of effect hit rate (unfortunately no eagle set), yet he just stands there, eating SP and not doing shit. His ult takes forever to charge and while his amp is decent enough, the uptime is bad. I have no clue how people make him work as a pseudo sustain for sustainless runs.
Is this guy just an e2/e4 merchant? I'm massively disappointed in e1 tbh

E0 with tutorial. Energy recharge flows much better than HP but damage takes quite a hit. Especially getting Blade started without ERR is quite painful. Even when he starts with his technique i sometimes don't get the ult on his first turn.
E2S1 Phainon, E1S0 Sparkle, E1S0 Cerydra. If i add Sunday E0S0 (220 crit damage) i get 2.4 million meteor on current MOC 12 first half. If i switch one relic for 10% more crit rate and use RMC instead (245% crit damage, fly into pink LC) i only get 2.1 million.
Am I missing something? Wasn't RMC true damage supposed to be superior to Sunday without a summon?
I will say tho, RMC plays extremely smooth. Maybe I accidentally speed tuned perfectly but damn mem does her stuff at the perfect exact moments.
Not sure what's the optimal approach with her. It often happens that an aha instant will come up very soon but SW ult is already charged. Delay the ult to get the MMR and start ult in SS rank or use it instantly? I kinda feel like S rank basic attacks deals shit damage and waste one out of the three basics available but I'm no expert. Same question regarding Yao Guangs ult.

Sure no 4p and eventually we want the new set anyways but how's this rating making sense? The relic quality is quite good no? He's also at 143 speed to get 3 actions inside his ult
Edit: I wasn't aware he gets +20% crit rate in his zone. Which now also explains why the in combat crit rate is so high. Time to switch to a crit damage body ig. Thanks for pointing it out.
I know Cipher LC is great for anyone but i don't have it so that one's out. What about Boundless Choreo? I got that S5 and it has 16 crit rate and 48 crit damage. Base HP is 952. Sounds good on paper imo... That's a lot of crit values.
There's also GNSW ig but idk if he's saturated on damage percentage?
Tutorial and pearls are always good but I want him to be a nuke honestly. No clue if that's cope.
Incessant rain seems to be inflicting 12% vulnerability which also seems good. Base HP is also a tad higher here at 1058.
