I have a Redmi Note 14 5G with HyperOS 3. I was wondering if there's a way to have photos, videos, or documents I receive via WhatsApp appear in the “Recent” section of File Explorer.
It's a bit tedious to have to manually go to the WhatsApp folder (Android > media > com.whatsapp - WhatsApp - Media) every time I receive a file.
How to Calibrate the Proximity Sensor

I have a Redmi Note 14 5G, and I'd like to know how to calibrate the proximity sensor, since it tends to malfunction: when I end a call, the screen doesn't turn back on—it stays off.
The thing is, I’ve watched videos on how to access the test menu, and when I select the “Proximity sensor test” option, it only tells me whether it’s working or not. In that section, it does seem to work, since the reading goes from 5 to 0 when I tap the sensor. But then, during calls, the screen still doesn’t turn back on after I end the call.
And if I tap the three dots in the upper right corner, the option to calibrate the proximity sensor doesn’t appear in the menu that pops up, unlike what I’ve seen in the videos.
Any solutions?

Until now, I've been using a 4-digit PIN to lock apps. But I've discovered that in the App Lock settings (gear icon in the top right > Unlock Method > Password Type), the 4-digit PIN option is no longer there. Now, only “Privacy Protection Password” and “Screen Lock” appear as methods for locking apps.
Is this a glitch on my device, or has Xiaomi removed it?

First of all, I want to mention that when I enable it and restart the phone (which is required), it turns itself off again. Is there any way to prevent that from happening?
Also, what impact does this actually have on apps?

I have a Redmi Note 14 5G running HyperOS 3; my brother has a Redmi Note 15 5G, also running HyperOS 3. And we’ve noticed some visual differences in the same app installed on both phones, for example:
The YouTube app: When we’re playing a video and double-tap the screen to skip ahead 10 seconds, I see “+10” appear right on the video screen itself; however, for my brother, that “+10” appears directly on the navigation bar.
Another example: in the Google Phone app, when I make a call, HyperIsland pops up on the call screen itself with the name of the person I’m calling. This doesn’t happen for my brother.
These aren’t major issues, but I’m just curious as to why these differences appear on two phones from the same brand running the same operating system.

Starting this morning, every time I do a Google search and choose to view, for example, “images,” or click on the next page of search results, I see the following message:
“Our systems detected unusual traffic coming from your network. This page verifies that you are the one sending the requests, rather than a bot.”
It only appears on my phone, not on my computer.
It only appears when I browse using Opera; if I use Chrome, it doesn’t appear.
It only appears once, and once I complete the reCAPTCHA, it doesn’t appear again unless I close Opera (cookies and data are cleared when I log out) and reopen it.
This happens whether I’m connected to Wi-Fi or using mobile data.
I used the Fing app to scan the network, and only the usual connections from the devices in my home appear.

The new message animations have already been enabled for me on WhatsApp. But they only appear when Power Saver Mode is turned off. If I turn it on, the animations disappear even though I’ve enabled them in WhatsApp’s settings.
Is there any way to keep the animations active while using Power Saving Mode?
I’ve tried enabling WhatsApp to run in the background and also turning on “No Restrictions” for Power Saving Mode in the app’s settings, but nothing has changed.
Is there any way to use Power Saving Mode while keeping the animations active?

Tengo Firefox configurado para borrar datos al cerrarlo, pero agregué excepciones para que no les afecte y me mantenga conectado, y funciona sin problema. Pero con ProtonMail no pasa eso. Tengo marcada la opción de "Manténme conectado" y agregué su URL a la lista de excepciones de borrado de datos de Firefox, pero aun así no funciona. I have a ProtonMail account (I access it through the website; my browser is Firefox). The problem is that when I close Firefox and reopen it, my session isn't saved, and I have to re-enter my username and password. I have Firefox configured to clear data upon closing, but I have exceptions added so that it doesn't affect them and keeps me logged in, and it works without issue. However, this doesn't happen with ProtonMail. I have the "Keep me logged in" option checked, and I've added its URL to the Firefox data clearing exceptions list, but still nothing. I do use Proton Authenticator on my mobile phone as a two-step verification method when I log in.

I have a Redmi Note 14 5G running HyperOS 3. My default calling app is Google Phone. Here’s the thing: for the past few weeks, when I’m using my phone and receive a call, the pop-up notification at the top of the screen doesn’t show the options to Reject or Answer the call—it only shows the caller’s name.
They used to appear, but suddenly those options disappeared.
I’ve tried clearing the app’s cache and data, uninstalling and reinstalling the app updates, restarting and turning off the phone, but nothing works.
Is this happening to anyone else?

I'm running HyperOS 3. While looking through the settings, I went to "Privacy Protection," and as you can see in the image, under Location permissions, it says there's an app with permanent access to this permission. But when I tap “Location” (in the other image), under “Always allowed,” no apps appear.
Why is this happening? Could it mean that there’s a hidden app accessing my location?
