I made an earlier post where my Wilson combat grip module for my 365 XL was binding the slide and causing it to be out of battery after 2 or 3 rounds. After talking to Wilson combat about this situation they suggested that the fire control group be seated properly all the way down, which it was. An interesting observation I made was that my son got me a surefire light for my gun and he installed it and unbeknownst to me he tightened the screw that holds the light extremely tight and that was causing the grip module to the distort and therefore it was binding the slide. I also contacted surefire for the correct torque specs and they said to tighten it down finger tight then an extra quarter turn and use blue loctite or 20 inch pounds if you have a torque wrench. For what it's worth I wanted to give a heads up to all you guys out there in case you were having this kind of problem and it was driving you crazy like it did with me until I discovered that the overtightened light was creating the problem.

As the title reads, what is new with the just released TangoDown (Vickers Tactical) 43x magazine catch ? the website says it will work with the new 15 round magazines as well as the old 10 round polymer magazine. Part number is GMR-007M.

Hey gang, just got a P365XL and notice that the disconnector on the right side is very hard to push down, is this normal ? It puts quite of bit of drag on the slide when racking it back. Also, If I rack the slide back and bring it forward little by little with my hand it won't go into battery by about 3/8" of an inch, If I sling shot it forward it goes into battery ok, other wise it functions properly. Only got around 500 rounds through it at this time. Thanks !

Last week I posted that my new Glock 15 round magazines would fall out after 4-5 shots during recoil which I found to be very odd. For awhile I did run Shield 15 round steel magazines but I never replaced the magazine catch to the steel one which was my mistake. After a very close inspection it's very visible that the Shield magazines ate up the polymer Glock magazine catch surface causing the OEM Glock 15 rnd magazine to fall out. I replaced the magazine catch with another OEM Glock catch and the problem was solved. I guess we all learn from our mistakes.

Hey gang, just got my new Glock 15 round magazine from the Glock store and the problem I'm having is that after 4 or 5 rounds fired the magazine drops out as if I had hit the release. I don't have this problem with my 10 rounders or my very reliable 15 round microdagger magazines I've been using for a few years now. I let my buddy fire the gun and the same thing happened to him. I'm at a lost here. Any suggestions ? Maybe a mag that's out of spec ? Should I replace the mag release with a after market one ? Thanks !!!

Hey gang, I've looked around for Magazine extensions for the new 15 rounder but no luck. Do any of you know if someone like Vickers or Xtech is making a +3 or maybe even +5 ? Thanks !

Hey gang, due to my old age (82) those defense loads and most buckshot loads take a toll on my shoulder after 25 -50 rounds. Have any of you guys manage to put a decelerator butt pad like the ones made by Pachmayr ? I've been eyeing the slip-on one as it seems to be the easiest to install. I don't want to use light loads due to reliability issues. Thank you for your suggestions in advance.

Hey gang, what would be a fair price for a lightly used FNX-45 Tactical in FDE with a Holsun 407C Red dot, night sights and threaded barrel ? I already have a HK Mk 23 which I love and a Colt Goldcup since I'm a .45 ACP man at heart. Thank you !
