Chris Chelios: Patrick Kane's Decision Comes Down to Chicago and Buffalo
ontapsportsnet.comDoes anybody know how physical growth works and be a pro mode?
In past games, guys would grow 1 to 2 inches and up to 25 pounds and it was seemingly random. Is there a solid algorithm anybody knows about that determines this? I want to play as a 6'1 D-Man. I do not want to grow and if growing is inevitable I need to start shorter. I just don't have hours of time to invest in simulating multiple career modes to see what the logic is behind their physical growth. Does anybody have an idea how it works?
Woke up this morning and felt one starting in my armpit. Already know exactly what the next week looks like. That alone is enough to tank my whole mood.
The depression that comes with this is something I don't talk about much because honestly nobody in my life really gets it. My wife tries, my friends try, but there's only so much you can understand when you're not living in it. I end up just kind of going quiet and getting through it alone, which in its own way makes it worse.
It's not just the physical pain. It's knowing it's coming, watching it get worse day by day, trying to act normal while you're uncomfortable and miserable and just waiting for it to be over. Last time I had one in my armpit it was 8 days. I'm at the very start of that again right now.
I don't really have a point here. Just needed to say it somewhere people actually understand what this feels like. This community is genuinely the only place I can vent about it without having to explain myself first.
